I purchased a Sennheiser DW10 Office Cordless Headset (Refurbished) from Best4Headset. The headset arrived very quickly and was well packaged.
Unfortunately, I hadn't properly read the description and missed the fact that it was a "Phone Only" model, so it wasn't suitable for my needs. This was entirely my mistake, not the seller's.
I needed to return the item, but the returns process was straightforward and hassle-free. Communication was good, and my refund was processed promptly.
Although I wasn't able to keep the headset, I was very impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Best4Headset again. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing to fault. I changed my mind on the colour of my ComTac's after purchasing and they promptly changed it. When I got my package they even included a nice drawstring pouch for the headphones. Lovely.

My first parcel was damaged, probably from the delivery DPD driver , not by best 4 systems.
I wasn’t happy about this, hence the bad review.
Martin from the office emailed me about my concerns.
He also sent out a replacement straight away on next day delivery, which I have received with no damage to the packaging.
I would like to say a big thank you to Martin for dealing with this quickly and professionally.
I have now changed my review to 5 stars 🌟
