I can’t say how MAD I am about this fraudulent company.
I ordered a Ceramic Speed V3 OSPW Cage.
I had this delivered to my bike shop direct to save time so they could get my bike ready for an upcoming bike holiday.
The package arrived at the shop and when the sales assistant opened the package it was EMPTY!!
This was a week ago and after many emails, phone calls and sending a CCTV video of the evidence BikeInn are still refusing to either reimburse me or send me a replacement.
Please people instead of trying to save a few quid avoid this unprofessional scamming outfit.
They are basically calling me a liar in the meantime I am £360 down and have no product…….. completely scammers not sure what else u can do except warn people not to use them
Plus I had to hire a bike to take in my cycle holiday as they completely F***** it up for me.

I purchased a pair of RockShox forks and for my 11 year old son. They arrived in good time but having fitted them to his bike they failed on his first ride with seal popping out on one stanchion and an instant loss of pressure. I contacted bike inn via customer service online. It took days for them to respond, they then made me jump through hoops sending videos and photos of the fault. With days of waiting between each communication, Eventually they accepted the return which took a long time to arrive back with them. They then insisted on sending the forks to the manufacturer and still no conclusion nearly 6 weeks since we bought the forks and I have a very upset young boy who can’t ride his bike. These were faulty from new and should have been replaced in good time, instead we have been treated with suspicion and still no resolution. Not good enough!

I think this company appears to be legit from far glance, but with a closer view they have poor customer service and policy.
I placed an order on July 7th with an expected delivery date of July 20-24. This review is being written as of August 16th, and no update on my package. To add to this frustration, I had to pay an extra cost in shipping amounting to $60. the original listed currier was UPS- but after a few weeks I checked again and it now says USPS. So what you changed your carrier after I paid for the product, bait and switch ?
USPS Is the absolute slowest currier service and unreliable, especially with customs- I reached out to bike inn multiple times asking for a refund, at the very least a refund for shipping costs and the heavy delay- and their response includes my tracking number and asking me to wait.
I honestly can not recommend this company to other bike enthusiasts, the service has been slow and disappointing and customer service is a zero.

I would never go out the way to write a review, BUT, for any future customer AVOID BIKEINN and TRADEINN. My experience with an order is taking 2 MONTHS for a supposed delay and they keep side setting on getting a refund. The order was apparently shipped out and then placed in the incorrect sorting office and then returned to the address they indicated to only be a place not their warehouse. There has been ZERO customer support that has been useful at all, and NO CLEAR ACCOMMODATION FOR LOOKING INTO MATTERS OR A REFUND OR NEW ORDER SENT OUT. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE, I'VE READ THIS ACROSS FORUMS. SO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Shocking service. Item never received and no refund! Do Not Use this company!!!

Been on the cycle mechanics course August 2020 at the time was competent at bike repairs just not very good at putting stuff down on paper but did all that was requested and was advised all was ok.I was promised just pays your money almost 2k including expenses etc .. your certificate for the Parts 2 and 3 will be delivered soon ....at the time and probably still guys are reasonable however 2 years down the line I was not remembered by former tutor and my mentor says he forgot I've been trying to contact over the years continually being advised all was okay but eventually gave up... something tells me something is not right be wary I hope not still hopeful this will be sorted.

2 years down the line I don't like giving negative reviews but hopefully someone will listen I have given up on my cycling mechanic idea and moved on .

But feel a bit short changed what would you do.

Reviewed by mistake, thinking they were Bikeinn.com. A company I was very annoyed with as did not list as outside the UK until purchase was complete and order on it’s way.
Got a very pleasant email from Bikeinn.co.uk pointing this out and that if they could, they would help me out in the future. So they getting 5 stars for being so friendly as can’t delete the review.
