Having deposited a couple hundred a week and being lucky enough to cash out many times, my bingo account has been sanctioned. Now they have my account on a 5x play through, which is impossible to do. Don't play at BingoMania if you can't afford to lose. If you're lucky, you'll soon be out of luck. They want you to play constantly and never cash out. Saying I'm manipulating the system. i been with them for over 20 years i love this site cause if i didnt i wouldnt been here that long i never had a problem depsoit or withdrawl i get my money when they say it going to be there i dont know what other people go through but they must be doing something wrong if the are complaining about this site, cause to me this is the best site online.

Only play here if you don’t plan on cashing out your winnings. I’m a regular depositor and I’ve cashed out a bit. No wager requirements at first. But the last time I tried to cash out I was told I had to wager 10x my deposit and bonus. The problem with this is it only applies to players that cash out once in a while.Players that don’t cash out or rarely cash out don’t have wager requirements. So all players are not treated the same. Unfair gaming practices.

Don't waste your money! This site needs to be removed from the internet. Winners are fake accounts. They want you to deposit $100 for 500%+ deposit bonuses. You will never win a game, if so, it will be split between you and a house player. Stay away from this site.

I have been a loyal player for 14 yrs and still trying to get use to the new format do far not liking it..don't get great bonus on deposits the tiers they have not given any extra benefits keep saying something exciting is coming next week still waiting , they also got rid of some slot games that were good ..

Will not pay out the money I brought from Bonus Bingo when the two companies merged in February. I had about $500 in my account when it was transferred to Bingo Mania. Their terms state a customer cannot withdraw money until they are verified and make a real money deposit. I did both these things then asked to withdraw some money and was denied because I had money in my account prior to my withdrawal request. Of course I did. It came with me from Bonus Bingo. I have written support, and accounts numerous times, but they are ignoring me. As it stands now I am being denied withdrawal of all of the $500 I started with. I need to loose all of it before making another deposit & hopefully winning money from that. What a scam. They took $500 from Bonus Bingo and padded their pockets.

I have been playing here over 15 yrs or so. I really enjoy the new site. One of the best things about this site is the helpful staff for any issue you may have. Luckily I have had a few payouts , but even without them I would still play here as the bingo rooms have great specials and the slots are even better than before. It is always fun to be here.

I prefer Bingomania over any other site. The chat rooms & the bingo games are excellent. I do enjoy some slots but love that they are fair.

well been a member for years, new sit looks good would of been a 5 star but on ther new blackjack which i have tested alot when you loose it never shows you what the dealer has , there old one did iam its just the way game made but i have not seen it like that and i really annoying

Years of losing money, Finally win the big 10k.. cant take it all out at once.. so just ended up playing it back because nothing seems to hit anymore after the win. Then the only payment I got to request a withdrawal on its Tuesday morning and I have not received. I've never gotten a payment after Monday (thats the only day u get a payout) I usually get a early morning email when its a small amount, but i guess since i actually won some money, compared to the thousands and thousands ive lost i guess that have decided to make me last or not pay me at all. Hell i just lost the $7000 i won in 2 hours and i cant even get A NICE REP?? I've been mocked by customer service. I am very sad this morning and very veryyyy.... disappointed.... i was really counting on that money...There are better online casinos with real people, frequent payouts and rewards loyal customers.
