With Bitdefender I feel completely safe with this protection! ❤❤

I am not a "techy" person - just that the computer works when I need it to. Having said that, this does not always happen as we know, & Bitdefender has been a wonderful assistance for me. For once, I find it's easier to understand, technically speaking, & have found it safer in the whole scheme of things. The individual who referred it to me, teaches computers and is very informed on our growing technical info, and stays on top of things. I actually like seeing the info when I read up on Bitdefender, not something I can say about others I've had in the past. It's a very good choice.

I have never seen a business model where they require your CC info to purchase the software next year. BD had 2 data breaches in 2015 and 2025. In case you didn't know. The software is decent, but the pay now, buy later is perplexing. They have now stopped helping me.

I am so happy that Bitdefender reacted so quickly to my on-line threat. Imagine, just trying to print a government form and a scammer tried to get into my computer. My cell phone was hacked recently, and my email was compromised, so they're trying to get into everything.

Confident that Bitdefender provides superior security although some of its

Long term customer and completely satisfied although it's better to buy a new product each year through Amazon rather than auto renewing.

I was a little tired and anxious when i contacted Bit Defender about a missed payment,but i was quickly put at ease by a very empathetic agent who was extremely courteous and kind and went out of his way to promise me he'd help me and not to worry,which he promptly did and put my mind at ease.They gave me plenty of time to address the problem without a penalty and a lenient payment schedule.Well above excellent all-round customer service and 'going the extra yards' to make me happy and at ease.

Knowing you are reviewing all of my transactions gives me comfort & satisfaction my computer is being constantly maintained with any unwanted transactions.

The web's a scary wasteland crawling with creepers. And since Kaspersky was exiled from the US of A (the only truly reliable cyber security software I'd come across up to that point), I was worried that my safe surfing days were at an end. But then someone on a forum somewhere touted Bitdefender as even better than Kaspersky, so I gave them a try. And they've been keeping me safe ever since. I had already invested in a VPN solution, so I haven't switched over the Bitdefender's VPN yet, so I can't speak on that one.

I've been using Bitdefender for several years and can honestly say I don't have to worry about viruses and malware. Use it on windows 11 laptop and android mobile. Easy to use, lets me know when I should Go Back To Safety if accessing a questionable website and updating happens automatically.

I know if Iclick on a site that is suspicious, Bitdefender WILL inform me of the situation.

Bitdefender is definitely one of the best overall antivirus solutions with the highest independent lab scores, excellent malware detection, and minimal system impact. I have kept Bitdefender active on my personal workstations and iPhones for years. It provides great protection and doesn't drain system resources.
