Did not get the thing I ordered...
I ordered one sleeping bag, got another one from the same company, but not the one I ordered. Ordered elite 3, got 4. So now I got a sleeping bag for winter, when Im camping in the summer... Dont got time to swap it right.
Fast delivery though and otherwise satisfied.

Great price, speedy delivery.
Was a last minute idea to buy our friend a pair of Converse for his birthday, found a great price at Blackleaf. In fact, great prices on lots of cool shoes, bough a pair of Roxy's as well. Ordered on Monday hoping they would arrive by Friday, they arrived on Wednesday, so in plenty of time. Sorted. He loves them.

Delivery issues
Slow delivery (took a week) and package left on doorstep of house on busy road where we've had items stolen before, so count myself 'lucky' to have received this package.

Didn't add up
Ordered 3 scooters and heard nothing for a week, when I chased I was told they were picked up by UPS on a Friday and would be with me on the Monday. They did not arrive so I called and asked for the UPS tracking number and was told that they were checking themselves on the UPS website and there was no trace of the items so concluded they were lost in transit and would refund my money. The whole thing did not add up and I was very disappointed with the service. The only saving grace was they did refund the money quickly which gives them the second star.

service with a smile over the phone
Have only just started using Blackleaf, but I think they should be the customer service bench mark for any new or established companies. I ordered a pair of Montane shorts from them through Amazon. The shorts were too large for me so I decided to send them back for a refund. I noticed a voucher that came with the shorts offering me 15% discount on my next order. As i was returning the item I thought it was a bit naughty to apply for the discount considering I hadn't really purchased anything as the shorts were being returned for a full refund. I contacted Blackleaf and was put through to a very friendly helpful girl who said that it was fine for me to use the voucher. I did use the voucher and again received the new shorts in a very short time. On top of this when my amazon order was refunded in record time I was also reimbursed for postage costs, which I thought was very generous as they could have made me pay for the postage return costs as their was no fault with the order I had ordered a size to large for me
