No response to customer service requests…
I have 2 items that were wrong size (Christmas presents). I tried 3x to contact the company, but to no avail.
I will keep trying but part of the issue is that they don’t have a phone number and they don’t respond to emails. Very frustrating and at this point I’d recommend not using this company.

misleading info about shipping
My order was held up at customs. We had to pay nearly £100 for vat and customs, this was misleading on their website as I checked their shipping page. I have contacted them and their response was poor. They didn't reply about their misleading website pages as I read their page on shipping. Uncannily they have now amended their shipping page on their website - no doubt due to my complaint. Fuming
