Impossible to cancel subscription online, I cancelled and discovered they ignore this keep sending papers and bills! Never ever buy a sub from them!

When you buy a magazine, maybe just to get the gift, it clearly states that you are buying a subscription on a regular basis.

You must then remember to unsubscribe from the magazine if you do not want more, it is done easily and simply on their website.

If you also use their digital websites, they are often closed at the same time as you unsubscribe from several magazines.

So if you do not unsubscribe on time, because you may want to use extra services. Then you should not scold Bonnier, but yourself. It is not fair to give one star because you do not know the date or can not read.

Then it is not their fault, and it is certainly true that their offer and gift are there to "lure" people in, and they profit from oversights.

But if you have bought a magazine for the gift, you can immediately unsubscribe from it when you receive the gift or the first magazine.

I have both forgotten to unsubscribe, bought a magazine for the magazine's sake or for the gift.
If you have to give them stars, it would have to be 3-4, because some of their magazines are now quite thin and contain more advertising and not much new and info that can't be found online.
But fine for WC - LOL

This company's business model is very dishonest. They automatically renew subscriptions not only with no notice/warning, but they don't even send an email confirming the charge. You only notice if you're checking your credit card statement carefully. They'll happily charge you for the rest of your life without sending a single confirmation. Also, no refunds for undelivered/unfulfilled orders - once the credit card charge is made, it's final.

Company with malevolent practices, swindling customers into unwanted agreements and orders. Keep away from their products and say no to their telemarketers.

Stay away! Diffucult to understand how this bussiness model is legal. Once you are in is really difficult to get out. I wonder what kind of person wants to be on the board of such company.

Bought a news service and wanted to regret my purchase within 14 days. No response from the customer service!

It will add you to their subscription automatically and send you the invoice afterward.

They send bills to the wrong address along with the books, not once did they try to contact me in any other way or send bills to my new address, the first I hear about lack of payment is when they send Intrum inkasso after me, they can find me, but a large publisher can't... Not ONCE did they try to email me, call or text me or send a godforsaken carrier pigeon for that matter. Used to like their products, will recommend everyone to avoid them at all cost.

Do not sign up! It's truly a hell to get out.

Stay away from subscription through this company! I am rewriting all the same feedback given by many reviewers here:
- I only chose to subscribe their 449kr limited issue subscription and they auto renew without consent given by subscribers.
- They sign you up for auto credit card payment without prior consent. I prepaid 449kr for the subscription and expect it to stop if i don’t renew but they renew and charge without prior consent.
- Called up to cancel and Customer service advised that they will refund the last 152.50 kr charged, today i received a letter demanding payment for 152.50kr.
- Following that phone call for cancellation of subscription and called twice for confirmation email of cancellation, never receive that email!!

Very unpleasant experience when you receive a letter stating payment owned to be paid up when you spoke to their customer service confirming notification of cancellation and promise to refund for the last payment charged!!
