Disappointment - delivery and purchase
Firstly, the delivery guy didn't knock on my front door he just dumped the clothes in the porch.
Secondly within a few days of using my new handbag which I had purchased, it came apart. The metal attachment loosened on the shoulder strap and fell apart.

Great shop! Free and fast shipping! Nice products for a good price. But the zipper on my jacket isn't working that well...
It would be awesome if there was a free return policy for the Netherlands.
If I could, I would rate it 3,5 stars.

Good quality clothes at affordable prices
boohoo web site is brilliantly set out,making it quick and easy to shop. the products are of good quality and the prices are very reasonable.I was very impressed with the quick delivery.

Poor quality
When my dress arrived I lived it the colours ect, my mum picked up my dress an being a seamstress she examined it to find the sides on the skirt part of the dress had hikes where the machine had missed! So my mum had to sew them up on her machine,

good service, poor quality.
I have shopped with boohoo.com before and had no previous problems. This time, however, the items i had purchased were very disappointing. The material was thin and of a poor quality so I returned 4 out of 5 items i had bought. I will be shopping with boohoo.com again as i do like the products for sale but i will be paying much closer attention to the item description next time!.

Awful online shopping experience.
Basically I place an order on the 2 May 2013 and it never arrived. I emailed a few times for progress on my order and all I received was generic email responses. I never once received and apology for the delay or was I offered any help as to where my order was. In the end I had to email again after having no response from boohoo to say I still hadn't received my order. I asked if the order could finally be cancelled and issue a immediate refund in full, to which I received another generic email saying my request is being passed to the claims department for them to investigate what happened and that a refund could take up to 28 days. Quite honestly the service, sorry lack of service I received from boohoo is just appalling. Why should I have to wait up to 28 days for a refund for an order I never received which not my fault. Completely unacceptable service. I shall never use boohoo again nor will I recommend the company to anyone.

Great delivery service!
Placed an order and received it after 3 days. Wasn't expecting the items to arrive that early but i am really satisfied with the delivery service :) the only reason i did not give 5 stars is the return service. I have to wait for 2 weeks to get a notification regarding my returns. But i am not complaining much. At least there's a notification. Thanks boohoo! (Y)

Would recommended this to anyone and everyone, easy to find what your looking for in terms of style,colour and price. So easy to Fill in payment details, arrives within a few days of ordering. You revive an email to confirm your order also to let you know it's been dispatched and you can also track your order using the Id number given in dispatch email. Friendly,easy and wonderful to use:)

Summer Loving with boohoo!
I recently purchased a turquoise maxi dress from boohoo because the colour really stood out and I was instantly interested, when I wore it out on a lovely summer day it made heads turn! I loved it, so I decided to buy the black one as well! the quality of them both are amazing and feel so comfortable, soft and nice on the skin. Really shows off all the curves in the right places :) Every time I wear them I receive so many compliments about the dress and how they compliment my skin tone.

ITS NOT FAIRRR
I ordered a size 8 crp top and I am a size 4/6. This supposed size 8 crop top didnt even go through my head. That is just not fair.

not all that satisfied with product, but good online store
I did all the measurements correctly and all the reviews said this was a good product but it was waaaaaaay to tight and I couldn't fit my chest in, yet the bottom was way too big. I usually don't have trouble with sizing in any clothing so not sure if maybe I received a one-off or what happened.

Poor bad, fitting clothes,
I dont think i will be using boohoo again. The clothes i ordered were poor quality and bad fitting sizes. I had read a lot of bad reviews especially saying that they charge a £2.00 restocking fee which i wasnt charged however was a little worried that this charge would be actioned.
The clothes look particuly nice on the pics but wasnt anywhere to the standard when you recieve them. Sorry boohoo i doubt i will order again

Excellent service but some products not as expected
I was really happy with the actual service, everything arrived on time with no hassles. But, I ws really disappointed with some of the leggings I bought. Even though I bought the right size, I found them to be oddly shaped which wasn't how they looked in the picture. The leggings were super long as if made for a model, the ankles were too tight, yet the bottom area and waist were really big. So they were just an akward fit. I can't wear them and need to send them back. Saying that, I've also bought some jumpers which fit really well and I love.

Worth the wait!
When my Amelia Paisley Pocket Front Contrast Tunic Dress (14, multi) FINALLY(!)arrived, I was really happy with it. The fit is good, fabric light weight and colour tones and print exactly as pictured. It's a good fit and I've loved wearing it with boots and leggings!

Delivery Slow
Ordering was simple enough but delivery took over a week longer than it indicates on the website. The tracker was a joke as it tracks as far as Ireland (when going to New Zealand) and the expected delivery date on the tracking was totally incorrect. Advice to anyone purchasing off this site and using international delivery...make sure you order the item well in advance of when you actually need it.

Efficiency & communication go down a treat!
My experience with boohoo.com was an extremely positive one. From the get go - the site was easy to navigate and not to mention the variety and ample colour options for the particular item I was hunting for: Disco pants! I was provided with a tracking number, and confirmation emails during the posting period. I was overjoyed with my union jack parcel arrived 2 weeks later (the exact time I predicted as I live in Australia) and overall very happy with boohoo.com's service and product! Rocked my disco pants last night and felt fabulous!

I have not recieved my items
I purchased two items on the 18th of April which totalled at £23. And still have not recieved my Irene's ... It is now the 24th of may... I have. E- Mailed you several times and yet still nothing... I will be going to the cas about this x

Everything from Boohoo is cute, affordable, and effortless!
I love the site & selection, and the prices are great too. I started following them on Instagram and I am now a customer! I was a little nervous at first because because I hardly ever order anything internationally, but the reviews were of quality & so I guess I just took a chance on it. Thankfully everything was cool, they were legit, and I got my clothes quickly. I really like the feature on their website that lets you watch the clothing piece on the runway so you can see how it moves. I also wasn't expecting to get such high quality material. What can I say, I really am impressed!

Well what can i say about Boohoo... i absolutely love it, i literally dont go into the horror that is the Thistle Centre at all anymore! ( my home town of Stirling, Scotland) i go straight to faithful Boohoo! I will always find what am looking for and can rely on the delievery without a shadow of doubt in my mind! cant rave about it any enough!!! :D I LOVE the free returns, i LOVE the speedy returns process and the hassel free approach that you guys adhere to !!! Not yet received my order after it being taken away in the bin
I have spent £95, the courier put my parcel in my blue bin, however, the bin men took this away as it was bin day. I did not ask for it to be kept anywhere,and as there is no phone number I have been emailing back and forward. All I want is my money back, I was told the courier delivered it to my letterbox, I have the card that proves this is not the case.
Very frustrating.
