I booked from here a few times. The first was great, second ok, the last did not really clean at all. Came back to the house as I left it. The floors and surfaces were not cleaned. I pretty much always organize my home so it just needs a deep clean with the surfaces and floors. The customer service just said that in the future they will just send another cleaner. It is terribly bad form to be charged for a cleaning when the home was not cleaned. Also, very overpriced to have to deal with such nonsense. Do not use!

Have had good luck so far with the cleaners who showed up, but the customer service of this website/app is horrible. No response to multiple emails for a refund for a service that did not even occur. No invoice in my account for said service either. Filed a fraudulent charge through my credit card company after multiple unresponsive weeks from the company.

Liers. They lied to get us to sign a 6 month contract. Charged significantly more than our previous cleaners, and did a much worse job. They then kept our keys as insurance that we would pay.

Terrible company with terrible employees and a terrible culture.

Seems like it's a company relying on some sort of computer scheduling service that doesn't really work. When someone gets sick or quits, it's always a problem getting replacements. I've used them for three years even with these problems, but finally after three missed appointments (like no one has shown up for over a month) and a complete run around with their customer service: no answers, confused people, etc. I got the below email. Seems like the company has gone under?

Unfortunately we have previously failed to carry out your scheduled BOOK A TIGER cleanings, and have had to cancel on several occasions. We must inform you that we will no longer be able to provide a cleaner for your future BOOK A TIGER appointments.

We are currently experiencing a particularly high demand from customers, within your region, which we cannot always fulfil. We have a strong focus on the quality of our service and therefore have a rigorous application process, which our cleaners must pass. As such, not every candidate completes the process. In addition, we also ensure that our currently-employed Tigers maintain stable working hours and a fair workload. We feel that the current high levels of demand could only be served by diminishing our service quality. This is something which we are not prepared to do, and as such we must unfortunately discontinue providing our service to some of our customers.

Your BOOK A TIGER cleaning schedule has already been cancelled and you will no longer be charged. We are working hard to be expand our service and hope to welcome you as a regular BOOK A TIGER customer again soon.

Overpriced, bad service,not clean.
When unloading the dish washer the tiger decided to throw the stuff in all sorts of places instead of looking for, for example the cutlery drawer.
When they asked me for feedback and gave them a bad one and no one even bothered to contact me about it.
Definitely would not recommend book a tiger to anybody.

I used Book-a-Tiger for over two years before finally giving up. For the entire first year I had the same cleaner, who always did an excellent job. In the second year I had four different cleaners, all of them excellent, but each left the company because of poor management. Although I had a recurring contract, the company kept trying to send me someone other than my designated cleaner, resulting in repeated telephone calls (no one seems to answer the phone at this company). At the beginning of what would have been the third year, they never sent me the same person more than once or twice, because all the cleaners kept quitting. On one occasion the person who showed up was not the person announced. I sometimes received as many as ten emails in one day, changing the appointment. My impression is that this company is not actually run by a human being, but rather by a badly programmed computer that is increasingly out of control. I finally requested a face-to-face meeting with management, but was told this was impossible, and immediately cancelled the contract.

The main task was to wash windows and that was well done. Everything else was a bit cleaned, but nothing exellent (probably need to book more hours). Didn‘t like durty textil napkins left for me to clean. Also the woman didn‘t call me when she left as I asked so I have no idea how long she worked and she was also 30 minutes late in the morning

First appointment went really well. Very nice and punctual person. She locked the door when she left, very reliable.

Platform easy to use. The cleaning lady was professional and nice. The service provided was to my expectation. Not giving 5th star just because I'm missing the "wow" factor.

On time, top cleaning, polite, smart, just very good and worth the money !

Paula is a positive, energetic, friendly person who does excellent work. She arrived punctually and didn't waste time getting started. I don't know if everyone at Book-a-Tiger is as competent, but I would definitely recommend Paula and hire her again.

Ok. Booked a tiger, did bit show up. Called the agency (17 minutes on waiting line) they were apologetic, said they dibt know what happened, scheduled another appointment for two days after. Again, nobody showed up. No call, no nothing. You stand there waiting lika a donkey. Tried calling the agency anotjer two times, first time on tje waiting line for 25 (!!!!) minutes, second 15. Did not reach anyone. Then they had the audacity to send me an Invoice. Clearly they have no way of knowing whether or not anything was actually done. Frankly, this „company“ comes close to a scam.

I recommend to never ever consider these people in any case. Can’t get worse.

Booked a tiger last friday. When cleaning the bathroom the "tiger" broke the stopper and let one part fall into the sink... (btw the other parts of the stopper are still filthy so we don't really get why he had to disassemble it anyway...) so now we're stuck in between plumber appointments (very expensive!!!) and the customer service at book a tiger which has not really responded anything about the damage...
We are very disappointed by the level of service and would absolutely not recommend this company! We booked the cleaning services thru this company in order to have a professional service and not have any headaches in finding someone but in the end it s resulted in a lot of time wasted finding solutions for the problem caused and no support at all....
Very bad service and very bad attitude of the person who came to our house as well btw!

The young woman who cleans the apartment speaks excellent English, is consistent and conscientious about asking what I would like, and does a good job. I am most pleased with the ease and convenience of using the service!

I have been a regular customer of Book a Tiger for more than a year and a half but have cancelled my service. I had some good cleaners, some mediocre cleaners, but after my last experience I will never again use their service. My last cleaner was a drug addict and a thief. After being in our flat, we discovered items missing, including my husband's passport. We reported this to BAT and the police. We had no response from BAT for 3 weeks and they take no responsibility for the theft nor will we be compensated for the replacement cost. Several times I saw this cleaner in our neighborhood on the street among heroin users. Do not trust these people, they obviously don't properly screen their employees. Their customer service is horrible. You will never be able to speak to someone on the phone and their website is not convenient to use. Avoid!

First service experience was good considering the language barrier
