First time using their service. After speaking to the first agent I should have known it was a bad idea to use them, based on the lack of knowledge and service. My best friend and I don't normally go on trips and I guess I depended on the agent to take the wheel and guide us through the process. Anyway, I received an email from the agent with all the specs and a final price, told him I'd follow up soon to book my trip. When I called, I spoke with an agent (Jill). My request was a simple one, book a trip to Jamaica for two. I would pay for my flight coming out of FL my friend would pay for both the room and his flight coming out of NY. I charged my flight under my wife's credit card, because she agreed to pay for it. the charge was $684. The agent makes the reservations, makes everything appear a success. I check my email confirmation, and realize she book both flights coming out of NY, I'm thinking human mistake, I'll call and it'll get fixed. I was on it right away because my trip was for next week, I didn't want any complications. Long story short, I get on the phone with multiple agents who I swear must have been new or totally untrained. I felt as if I was talking to a child, couldn't believe the inconsistency. Nobody seems to know how to correct my issue. I felt totally helpless, and make matters worst, I was on a business trip and dealing with this issue at the same time every day that week, being placed on hold for very long periods of time and not getting anywhere, not once was I able to get a supervisor on the phone because the experts said they could handle my problem. Moving on, I get a call from my wife stating that her account had been charged again and wanted to know if I had anything to do with it. I contact bookit.com and asked WTH was going on! the agent stated that per her notes an extra ticket was in the process of being booked for my wife. I was speechless... total disaster. I told the agent to stop trying to correct my flight and just cancel the whole deal. The agent said they were in the process of pulling the call and I would hear back by the end of the week and they were sure to have it corrected... I asked for a simple email to confirm what was said and needless to say it was never sent. after calling for the 7th or 8th time, I told them my bank was going to investigate the situation and they better cancel my side of the deal. Flight was cancelled, I went ahead and paid the inflated price of $845 for my flight. Moral of the story, avoid like the plague! this company has no integrity, once they have your money they could care less about you.
I know it's long, but please read so you don't have the same terrible experience we did! If I could put 0 stars, that would have been my selection. Not only did Bookit.com initially book me twice for the same hotel stay during the same dates with two different confirmation numbers, they also charged me TWICE! After four days of calling trying to get a hold of someone to fix the slight mix up, I gave up calling. Nobody EVER answers the phone, it's all automated and then you get put on hold for hours! This is after multiple calls over multiple days. So, I finally decide to try canceling one reservation online and keep the other one. I did get the refund for the booking I canceled. So my bookit.com account shows my two reservations, one canceled and one confirmed. My credit card statement also shows that I have one charge for a hotel stay and one refund. You would think this would be the end of all the problems...WRONG!!! WRONG! WRONG! My family (including two toddlers) get to our hotel after flying all day and the hotel has NO RESERVATION for us! Are you kidding me? I try to call bookit and so does the hotel, obviously once again with NO LUCK. The hotel even tried to help us out and use some credit card number they had for bookit.com...that didn't work either. So I still had one charge of $484 for this hotel stay that BOOKIT canceled! Both reservations had different confirmation numbers and they even showed the one as being confirmed. Don't ask me HOW anyone else has liked this website when they screw up this big and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!! Still have not received any correspondence from Bookit.com. Not only will I NEVER use this website again, I will do everything in my power to ward anyone else off from using them as well!!
I happened to come across bookit.com's website on a last minute road trip decision. Got a beachfront room in destin, fl for $89!! Granted, this was during a 99 hour sale so it worked out perfectly. The timing was impecable! I'm so pleased with the deal we got through them. I didn't have any issues so I never needed to get in contact with customer service at any pont. Thank you, BookIt!! p.s. I'm a real consumer, not a member of the staff lol.
In general it was a good experience. The website offers a lot of options and was easy to use. The only problem was that I saved my itinerary on Sunday and next day the price went up more than 200 dollars in less than 24 hours. I know that prices change from one day to another but less than 24 hours should be honored by the company.
I am truly very sorry I have given bookit.com my recent as well as past business! In the past week I have had a gruelling experience with bookit.com. After numerous attempts to book a vacation package online, I had no success. After several hours on the computer, i finally called the agent & worked on the phone with him . he too discovered it was impossible to book a package for me, as error messages continued to come up. (This took another hour of his and my time! We had no success but he encouraged me to keep trying and change the dates or pick a different airline to use.
On the eve of may 1, I attempted to book another package around 11pm but received error messages again! The following day I decided it would be better to just book the hotel and do airfare separate! I received confirmations by email for this booking!
Later that day I checked my bank account and I saw suspicious money was coming out of my account for another booking.com transaction and spirit! I never received any confirmation from either spirit or this company that the booking went through! I have spent hours on the phone with them over this issue and I am being stuck with a $772 bill from spirit, which was turned into a credit for a trip I cannot take in the next 60 days!!
This error was their ERROR, and it should not be passed on to the customer!
I am very disappointed in the services and the poor functioning of their online booking system! When I spoke to a supervisor, she felt bad about the situation but could not /was not willing to admit it was the bookit company who caused this error! I will make sure this situation is disclosed to everyone I know& if I have any opportunity to review the services they provide I will rate them as poorly as I can! I am sorry I chose to do business with them
Bookit has great pricing but lacks on the customer service when you have a problem. We have booked many trips through bookit and have never had any problems. However on this most recent trip we tried to book our hotel through the iphone app and were not able to do so, we got several 'error' messages. So we booked the hotel using the web browser. When we showed up at the hotel they said we had 2 bookings for the night, the hotel was more than willing to refund the extra booking but they could not get in touch with bookit customer service and neither could we. We called multiple times and used the call back feature because the expected hold time was nearly 2 hours. We called at least 10 times in a 24 hour period and got no where.
By the time we got in touch with a customer service rep we had checked out of the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do. Very frustrating. We have called multiple times since to try and get the refund for the additional booking but they have been just as unresponsive. The biggest frustration is that we only received 1 confirmation email for the booking so I am not sure why there were two bookings and this was an error on their end but will not take any responsibility.
I had booked a room that slept 5 people. At the time of booking it was just 2 adults and 1 child but it then changed to 3 adults and 1 child. I called customer service as a courtesy to add the 3rd adult. This would in no way change the type of room I had originally booked which slept 5 people. The customer service rep wanted to charge me more stating that when I booked the room I paid a lesser price then what the room currently went for. Why am I being charged like its a new reservation I'm simply adding a 3rd person to a room that sleeps 5? If we had been adding more people then the room slept then obviously I'd expect an up charge at the current rate to completely change the room. Not to mention that I had checked the rates just prior to calling and they were actually less than what I had originally paid. The rep continued to argue with me about the price so I had her cancel the reservation in which I have to wait for a refund. I had to re-book my reservation myself in which I ultimately paid less than when I originally booked but remember the rep was trying to charge me more. This is all around terrible customer service that instead of just assisting me and adding a name to the book she caused more of a headache. I will never use Bookit.com again and I will see that others know they will try to screw you over. Don't bother calling customer service instead do their job for them.

One of the worst customer services ever experienced.
The flight was an overnight flight so we check into the hotel the next day which gave us 7 nights at the hotel, but the itinerary said we were staying 8 nights and paying for 8 nights. So I had to call and wait on hold for over an hour to speak to someone. She found a different flight that got us there the same day, giving us the 8 nights at the hotel, but the price was higher! I said wait a minute, this was your problem, not mine! I don't like problems with travel right from the start, so I told her to cancel. It was a Red Flag to me. She cancelled and wanted to charge me the cancellation fee. I told her no, it was their itinerary that was incorrect, so she said she waived the cancellation fee, but when I got the cancellation email, they were charging me the cancellation fee. Now I have to go at war again... do yourself a favor, and save yourself from the headache. Book with a different company.
First time ever to use bookit.com
Upon making the reservation over the phone the agent advised that payment didnt go through, which caused me to leave where I was and drive home to get my other credit card. After providing the second credit card I was told everything went through. I decided to call my credit card company to see why it didnt go through and then was told the payment did go through! Then I called my other credit card company then realized another payment went through! THAT MEANS I PAID TWICE FOR THIS TRIP.
I called the customer service and requested to speak to manager in regards to this issue, The agent told me this was an error on their end and the payment will eventually fall off. I still insisted to talk to the manager, the agent put me on hold for 10 mins then hung up on me!
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE BOOKIT. I USED ORBITZ AND EXPEDIA ALL MY LIFE AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS!!!

We planed our very first trip whit book it. Had a question regarding insurance, left a message they called back and they where very kind and answered all our questions, then I had another question about a change I wanted to make in my room, I emailed them, they call back like 15min. lather and all the changes were made and they even upgraded our room no charge because of the availability.
Now The best part of it the unbeatable PRICE of $1038 for 10 days at The Venetian in Vegas everywhere else it was at least $2800! You can book everything trough them its just great! With that saving we will make another trip isn't that great? For a first experience we couldn't ask for better
Now I just have to say this for those who put bad reviews for the wrong reasons wich is most of the time (but not always...) because THEY didn't do the right thing to begin with... I don't work for book it, I'm a teacher but I hate seeing people bashing and not assuming!!!
when we take the time to read everything and select the right choices there is NO problem... its not the company's fault when WE make mistakes...so they do what they can to help us IF they can but if not well deal with it... and at least make the right comment if they were still kind and they did the best they can! I booked an all inclusive package with bookit.com. We where supposed to have 4 nights in Jamaica. I clicked on the "package" that included airfare and checked out. Little did I know the airfare the BOOKIT.com paired with the hotel did not match up. My itinerary says 4 nights, as I wanted, however my plane did not arrive until the second day of our planned trip. Hotel was scheduled on the 3 to the 7th (4 nights) but out plane did not arrive till the 4th. After and hour and 15 minutes I go a hold a customer rep. Who had a whole rehearsed dialogue for this exact issue. She (Pam) stated that it was my fault and that I acted as my own travel and that she could not cancel my trip. She also said that its very common for people to book a trip and show up a day late so they can check in immediately instead of waiting till 3pm. She even said that that was what she did on her vacations. I of course called BS on this and asked to speak with a manager which she was very reluctant to do. After 4 more phone calls and hours of waiting on hold I got it all cancelled. I am still out 2 grand and its 10 days after everything was cancelled. Bookit.com customer service is absolutely atrocious. Stay away from these trained scam artists.
We have been planning and saving for this trip for a year. Our trip is for October 2013. We aren't even there yet and have had nothing but frustration and heartache. We are going to Jamaica to get Married and have our Honeymoon, to be one of the most joyous times in our lives and it has been a nightmare for 3 days now! We have been on the phone with book it for 3 days and for and hour and a half each time. They are saying there is nothing they can do to help us fix our trip the way we wanted it in the first place. And to fix it, it is going to cost us an extra $300! We are already spending $4500 on this trip, something that we budgeted for. Still on the phone with book it right now and have been for the past 3 hours! Come to find out we HAVE to use our flight vouchers through book it to now get the correct flight. So now we are stuck with book it for our flight. We are cancelling the hotel reservations with them and going to go through the hotel we want directly! THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH BOOK IT EVER AGAIN!!!!
I would like to say that Michael Snarski, out of the three people we have had to talk to to try to resolve this has been very nice and very helpful to go step by step through every figure and problem we had and try to help us as best he could.

I was having some issues with how good everything "really" was as far as the all inclusive resorts. I called customer service and they walked my through my options and got my everything that I could have possibly asked for and more. They are great in getting you the most out of your hard earned money!!! Love Bookit!
I love bookit.com, we always get a bang for our buck! We use bookit every year sometimes twice per year, and we have never had a bad experience. I have been using bookit for about four years now, I do compare prices, just to see whats out there, but bookit always comes out on top. I recommend bookit to all of my friends.
I am truly disappointed in the service and feel as though I was very VERY misled. I did the mystery hotel with the mystery room. Regular was was over $500 per room, and the sale price was $99. Once I found out what hotel it was, I was excited. However, I went to see regular prices and nothing is even $500. I called the hotel to find out that I am in a small (dorm room sized) classic king room with a city view which only retails for $249. I tried cancelling with them directly, but they said I had to contact them directly. Bookit has HORRIBLE customer service and they never answer calls and keep people on hold. Based on the fact when I booked it and saw the price difference I assumed it was a larger room or suite. On their website, the most expensive room is $379 and that is for a suite.

Bookit has cheated me out of over $1,000.00 and now will not answer any questions about it . if you call you are on hold for 40 mins the e mail you get back says they can do nothing about it . its amazing how they can take you money in seconds but when they owe you ... its nothing back . NEVER USE THIS COMPANY . They have screwed a lot of people and need to be closed . The staff are rude and the booking you though you made may not be the one that the company books with the hotel . BEWARE you have been warned
We like bookit.com for the simplistic ease of it's site and the entities it discounts have all been great hotel buys in our travels. Unlike a certain competitor, you always know what you're paying for and can search other sites for critiques of the property to make an evaluation.
I already booked a 7 night vacation to Mexico past year in August and everything went as planned. No hick ups or hidden surprises. So obviously this time around I went straight to book it to search for some deals. The only thing I can complain about is the book it app since you can only search specifically for destinations. It won't show you a variation of different places and ideas like the website. Other than that I compared prices etc with kayak, Expedia, orbitz, travel zoo and other places and once again book it had the best deal. So now off we go to Las Vegas for 3 nights. Lets see if everything will turn out as planned.
I was so happy and could not believe what my eyes was seen, it was for real, after having spent hours on other sites almost conforming with a last minute hotel that did not satisfy my family, i decided to give BookIt a try and thank God i did and found a better hotel and price i expected for next day travel.Great first experience!

Since 2011 I have booked 4 vacation through them and always have had a wonderful experience. Always wonderful customer service. They so far have had the best pricing too.
I called BookIt to modify my booking by adding one day and spoke with a representative by the name of "Sara" who was awesome while on the phone. She gave me 100% superior customer service until after the call I checked my itinerary and found out that I was booked at another resort 1 hour away from my destination. I didn't ask for this at all and nor was it mentioned to me that this had occurred. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT I CHECKED OR ELSE THIS WOULD'VE BEEN A DISASTER!!!! I was under the impression I was still at the same hotel. To make matters worse I had changed my nonrefundable flight for the extra night while on the phone with Sara to receive an extra discount unbeknownst to me that I was being booked at the wrong resort. After hanging up with Sara, realizing the error I immediately called BookIt back. It was only then I was notified that the hotel from my original booking didn't have availability for the extra night. REALLY THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!!! I was asked to call BookIt back the next day to confirm that I had my old itinerary adding more uneasiness to my "vacation". COULD I REALLY BE WITHOUT A HOTEL BECAUSE OF A REP ERROR? On 1-10-13 I spent a total of total of 2.5 hours on the phone trying to modify my itinerary and then try get my old reservation back. Basically not accomplishing what I initially called for in the first place. The next day 1-11-13 I spoke to Omar (another great customer service experience) who helped me book another hotel to accommodate my extra day and cancel my round trip transportation because it was no longer valid. If it was originally communicated to me that there were no availabilities to accommodate my request for the extra day I know I would've changed my flight. In the end I now have to find (pay) my way to the "pre-resort" that I will be staying at for one night then find (pay) my way to the original hotel I booked then find (pay) my way back to the airport. I was super excited about the service your company provides. Brilliant idea for service but I am not impressed with the service I received. As a habitual international traveler, I am telling my story so that hopefully I can save another customer from running into the same issue I did. I definitely do not have the same confidence in booking travel with this company as I did before.
Made an online booking easily - 5 star - no problem. Found a cheaper rate the next day and decided to utilize BookIt.com's Best Rate Guarantee... Called the number that's on the website for BRG, and waited patiently 30+ minutes. I get it, they're big = they're busy. Man on the other end couldn't pause to stop eating his Dorito's while he claimed to have no knowledge of such a thing, and after I explained what I was talking about, he said "Yeah? So yous want to cancel or what?" I said no, and he said in a pissed off voice "Back on hold then"... Now I'm pissed. Stupid me waited another 20 minutes, and hung up and called back. Dufus No. 2 was kinder, and refrained from eating while he told me I couldn't do it over the phone, but send all the details of what I want in an email. Really? It said to call. "Yeahhhh... Noooo. I can't help you. But they will get back to you tomorrow morning. PROMISE!"
You can imagine my amusement when the return email I received was one asking me to "review" http://BookIt.com. So here I am. As you request, BookIt.
As you already guessed, I haven't heard back from them, and am canceling my reservation with BookIt as soon as I am done typing here. There are a million other discount travel sites. Use those instead. Now... on to Yelp, http://traveladvisor.com, etc etc.
I made my hotel reservation that afternoon. I arrived at the hotel by 9:30 pm and the front desk told me they did not have my reservation. I checked my email and tried to pull up the voucher but what I got was a page that told me my information was moved or deleted. I then called both of the phone numbers associated with the company. 25 MINUTES ON HOLD! No one ever answered! They charged my card but never gave me the reservation. I wound up paying the walk in rate at the hotel as I was standing there with my crying 2 year old who was absolutely finished with being in the car. The next day I see a confirmation email (time stamp 3:24 AM!!!!)Sorry BookIt.com, too late! I am disputing the charge with my CC company and telling all of my friends to use a reputable, better organized online service.
You are better off searching for flights and hotels on your own or using other websites such as: hotels.com, expedia, kayak, travelocity, etc...
They ripped me off and then tried to convince me that they got me the best price. The hotel I stayed out gave me the final bill for my stay, which turned out to be much cheaper than what I paid to Bookit.com. So why the huge discrepancy? Apparently, the hotel made a mistake and the final bill they gave me was inaccurate. I don't think so!! The hotel bill was $899 and I paid Bookit.com $1700. Don't use Bookit.com!!
This website is the biggest JOKE that tries to call it self a travel site. I tried to get in on this sale and the website goes down and so I called and was on the Phone for over 90 mins to be told sorry nothing can be done as the sale is over. I spoke to a manager who said there is nothing that can be done. They did not even have the foresight to think about the added volume to their servers and also did not even add ANY staff to answer calls they just had the normal night shift trying to take all the calls. The best she could say is they are trying to think up a way to offer a second chance!!!!!!!!! What a bunch of crap. She even said there was no way for a Manager to look up how much the sale would have been and that she does not have any way of over riding the system. I told her I would be posting this response to every site I can find because if this is the type of service they offer who would want to use them because most of the sales they have are still more than FunJet and Cheapcaribbean's regular prices. The worst part is they have great site that is easy to use but with the way their customer service is and with their prices it is better to go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JEREMY
I have tried other travel WEBSITES....But WWW.BOOKIT.COM is the fastest ,safest and with the best deals...no reason to take the risk in other travel agencies...
We will never use this website again, because they unfairly advertised a reservation as a 5-star hotel and we selected it on that basis. They placed us in a four star hotel. We were very upset with this false advertising and as a result we would suggest that you steer clear of this website.

I booked a Las Vegas Mystery Hotel Package on Book it.com After booking the package and my credit card being charged I went to print the voucher and received an error message stating only the airfare portion of the package was reserved, not the hotel. The error message told me to call the Book it representative to find out what happened. I called Book It and waited 35 minutes to speak with a human being. She was unable to help me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes when their computer disconnected the call. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We were set to leave Oct. 24 for montego bay, Secrets-St. James when I got a text from one of my friends telling me there was a Tropical storm brewing. We headed to the airport at 6am to be told that the airport was closed due to the hurricane approaching. Obviously, we weren't going anywhere so I got on the phone immediately to the insurance company. ALWAYS BUY THE INSURANCE. I can't stress this enough. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind. They started my claim right over the phone and explained to me exactly what was going to happen. We headed back to the hotel to get our car and head home. Once we got home, I got busy calling Bookit.com customer service regarding the hurricane issue. Because of the hurricane, no one was at the reservation department for the resort. So the CS agent wasn't able to guarantee at the time that the 2 night penalty would be waived, however, if it had not been, insurance would have reimbursed for it. Then we were told what we had to do was call AirTran directly to rebook the flights. I did that and we now had new dates so I called bookit.com back and was instructed because no one was available because of the hurricane at the resort, we'd have to cancel that reservation and rebook the new dates online. No problem. So I did that but there was a price difference. About 300 bucks more expensive. I called it a night because I didn't want to have to fight to get my original price honored especially knowing it was the resort who was going to have to waive the fee and honor the price, not Bookit.com. The next day, I rescheduled appointments and rebooked hotels and then was pleasantly surprised to have a Bookit.com agent call me, without my prompting, to inform me that she got a hold of a supervisor at the resort and that they agreed to waive the 2 night room loss AND honor my original price of our resort cost. Of course this is the result that should have happened considering it was due to a hurricane but I have to say that Bookit.com went above and beyond to get me and my husband back on track and looking forward to our Jamaica trip all over again with absolutely no worries! I would book through Bookit.com for all of my trips from now on because they were THAT good at taking care of everything that needed done. Always keep your confirmation numbers and ALWAYS BUY INSURANCE.
I have recently had an issue with one of the hotels we booked and getting a refund on our stay, the hotel said we have to call Bookit and have them resolve the issue since we didn't book directly through the hotel. So, we called Bookit, waited on hold 30 minutes to get through to a live person, only to be disconnected shortly after getting through, and do you think that after they verified my information and started talking about the problem that they called me back? NO, so we had to call and wait 30 minutes to talk to someone again. We were disconnected after being placed on hold 3 times. By that time we were livid and gave up for the day. The following day, we called again to try to get the issue resolved, we were told it would be 72 hours, that was over a week ago. If we would have booked straight through the hotel, we would have gotten refunded immediately. The hassle is not worth the savings.
We booked the tickets through Bookit.com because we would receive tickets to see one of seven shows, which we thought was wonderful, so we chose to see our show and confirmed our date and time and it all went down hill from there. Upon arrival at the Mirage we were told we would have to wait 45 minutes for our room, so we went a had a drink and came back 45 minutes later to be told to wait another 45 minutes. Although, we were tired and just wanted to change and get ready for our show, we waited, but thing just got worse. We went back 45 minutes later only to be told that our room would not be available for another hour and a half, so as you can imagine we were not very happy and we let them know about it. Three and a half hours after arriving, we are told our room still was not ready but they would let us stay in another room until ours was ready and then move our thing over for us. We arrive at the temporary room to discover that it looked like a CSI Crime scene...vomit everywhere, the room in a total shambles, and when we asked housekeeping who happened to be next door to look at the room, even they were horrified by the condition. Now we go all the way back down to the front desk to inform them and they apologize and give us another room, but by the time we get everything taken care of we miss our show. When we called bookit.com com they promise to get us tickets to another show either that night or the next and never did. We called bookit.com back and then we're told they would get us other tickets for the last night of our stay and never called us back. When we get home we try to call them to speak to someone, talk to a supervisor named Kazar C. at ext 5095 who promises to do something for us and Bookit.com is never heard from again. I have told all my family and friends, co-workers to stay the hell away from Bookit.com and the entire chain of hotels that the Mirage is associated with and I would never use either of these two companies again...EVER!!!
I tried bookit.com a few days ago because they had a good price and I wanted to give it a try. I will make this review simple and short.
1. The confirmation page before I clicked submit confirmed the price. I understand plane prices change several times a day, but when you have a page that confirms everything and you press submit once its correct, it is supposed to be correct. Once I submitted it, after the final confirmation page that confirmed a price, I was charged more. Not acceptable. One needs to show the right pricing information on the page before you click submit, it should not change.
2. Their website is having many errors. It will not show my reservation when logged it, it says I have no "bookings." I called, was transfered to 3 different people, and was told a site upgrade occurred that same day (coincidence) and it would be fixed in 24 hours. It's been over 48 and still it hasn't been fixed.
3. I e-mailed them a series of questions, and was sent a canned generic response.
4. I called them again for help, but customer service was unable to assist me.
5. I sent 2 emails, one which I have not received a response in 48 hours. The other e-mail was a generic canned response which did not answer my question. I asked for a manager callback and have yet to receive one. In the age of computers, I understand mistakes happen, but I expect for a company to return e-mails and assist customers. I would stick with Expedia, at least they provide decent customer service.
I booked a hotel because the special was ending in minutes, and I was scared I would miss out on a good deal. A few hours later I found something a little cheaper. I called to cancel, and the rep was super nice,. She actually waived the fees because it hadn't been processed yet.
Word to the wise please read fine print VERY well for there was a cancelation charge of $19.95 plus one nights stay at this resort. Although they were kind enough to waive it. It could've been very bad. So please read the terms and conditions well. THANK YOU BOOKIT!
I booked a trip to las vegas for may 16th - may 18th today at 3pm,
Due to a family medical emergency, i had to cancel the trip. I cancelled at 8pm tonight (same day). They charged my $19.95 fee to cancel.
