I booked a trip to las vegas for may 16th - may 18th today at 3pm,
Due to a family medical emergency, i had to cancel the trip. I cancelled at 8pm tonight (same day). They charged my $19.95 fee to cancel.
I am very upset. I warn everyone not to use this company. They are a bunch of thieves. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
