Last year's little lie
Last year, I used BookMyGarage for the first time.
I was impressed with the good value offer of a major service and an MOT at a local garage. And so I booked it in.
I fear there must have been some confusion, either, at your portal or garage.
When I phoned the garage, they said it wasn't on their system. However, they promised to honour the booking and price. I was happy.
The service and MOT came and went. I paid and felt satisfied.
However, following my latest service and MOT, I have discovered that I was mislead.
The "Major" service was not carried out. It is listed as a Major service on the invoice, but only a basic service was done. I have had this confirmed by an RAC registered mechanic.
In short, I am unhappy to have been lied to by D.M. Keith in Keighley, the garage where I attended last November.

Effective and trustworthy
Effective way to find a trusted local garage. Booking process was simple, good communication with the garage. Pricing on site was lower than actual cost, but garage was clear from the first response that the service would cost more, so was not a problem.
