wonderful online shopping experience
I came across this store by accident about a little less than two years ago and took a chance at making an online purchase - discounted prices reeled me in - and I HAVE BEEN HOOKED EVER SINCE!!! this store is in my top three stores i shop from - it would be number one if they had a larger selection of women's professional wear - but no worries Boscov's has been my go to site for most of christmas, shoes and handbag shopping. Very few times I have ordered something and not received it (out-of-stock). I have never been pre-charged before shipping so what I get charged for is based on what is actually shipped, not the online order I placed. And the few times I have had to return something, it went through without a problem, each time opting for an exchange. Delivery has always been timely even when I cut it too close to the holidays. Great prices on brand names and I find the site very user friendly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP!
If you love being treated like dirt, shop at Boscov's. Their customer service department will do a great job of making you feel like you are the most unappreciated customer out there! If you don't believe me go ahead and make a purchase from them. This place didn't receive horrible reviews for no reason. The phone reps are the most uneducated, unreasonable, and under paid idiots I have ever encountered in retail. Their supervisor was even more rude which explains why the other employees had no sense of what proper phone etiquette actually meant. I would rather be shot in the foot than EVER buy anything from this lame company again!!!

sale price on sweepers
we bought a sweeper bought the extended waranty.Had trouble with sweeper took it back and they told us we had to pay the price difference since it was no longer on sale.Tried to talk to the manager and he tried to make an ass out of the wife.I took the sweeper and left

Love, Love, Love Boscovs
I've been shopping Boscovs for about 4 years now. It's become one of my favorite stores. They have great quality kid's clothing and always seem to have a sale on just what you needed. Their site is easy to navagate and I've found their customer support to be excellent. Oh, and did I add they have a super selection of most everything they sell. One more reason I like to shop there is that they are family owned or an independant store.
