I phoned customer service twice - first for advice on the product to purchase. I was satisfied my problem was understood and the solution offered would work so I placed an order. That was on a Friday afternoon. The product was delivered by Royal Mail at 8.40 am on the following Monday. By that time my problem (a weak and slow wireless broadband signal to a bedroom where I had sited an old computer on which I had just installed Linux Ubuntu) had righted itself so I needed to return the product. I made my second call to customer service on the Monday to ask advice on returning the package containing the product which I had not opened. I was guided through the online returns process and the customer service advisor was able to confirm that the returns request had been received. I was given the returns number (RMA) over the phone to avoid having to wait for a confirmatory email which under the system would have been sent at 4 pm so I was able to post the package back at about 2.30 pm. Two days later I received an email that the package had arrived safely and passed the inspection so a message had been sent to customer services to refund the purchase price. After another two days I received an email from PayPal to say that the money had been put back in my account. When I checked I found the amount included the original postage and packing charge, a modest £2.99. This experience has given me complete confidence in Broadbandbuyer.co.uk . I would gladly go to them to make a purchase in future and hope next time that by the time the product arrives I will still need it and can retain it.
My order came very quickly. And when it turned out that I could not use the product, due to Sky's protectionist policy, It was straightforward to make a return for a refund. I would not hesitate to use this fine service again.

The sales agent refused to admit that the range extender and dect phones woud work together. I risked it based on the amazon reviews and it did work and now it is set up works well but I was sad that he knew his product so badly that I had to spend a morning researching the facts when if he had known what he was about i could have saved the time.

The unit was received promptly just two days after ordering, very simple router but with dual 2.4ghz and 5ghz and very easy to setup. Bought primarily because my present router was getting interference on the 2.4ghz ,throughput now on the 5ghz is very good I'm getting 53Mb wireless while before i struggle to get anything better than 10Mb. Also no interference and no drops.
