The on-line ordering process was easy. The product delivered was exactly as described and met all my expectations. Standard delivery was faster than their conservative estimate. Would definitely use again.
Easy to fined items on Website. Select and then purchase. I found the ordering process one of the best I have used. Broadbandbuter will even phone if there is a small discrepancy with the order, with in you order time. Goods have never been late which means they dispatch on time. I ordered goods on Friday and had them delivered on Monday using the cheapest option of delivery.
Ordered a couple of items, omitted to put card number on order. Contacted me quickly and the problem was put right. Delivery before I had chance to check state of order/delivery. Keep up the good work. Will use again. Easy to use site.
A couple of weeks after buying I noticed some problems with the phone set, so emailed Broadbandbuyer thinking they would be happy to help resolve the problem.. their first response was to tell me to call the manufactures customer service number - which was a call center in India, and a complete waste of time.
Their next response was to ask me to return the phone set to them for testing/repair or replacement, leaving us with no phones for over a week. This meant we would have to buy a new phone set to use and as there was no offer of a refund, then get the repaired ones returned to us as well - buying 2 sets of phone at £90 per set was really not acceptable.
After buying on Amazon for many years and being happy with their first class customer service, saving £10 by buying from Broadbandbuyer was a bad decision and one I will not be making again.

In the subsequent email communications with your customer service representative I did ask if a replacement was possible explaining the fact that we could not be with out the phones (as we had given the old ones to charity).

I was never given an option to to buy a replacement from you and be refunded on the faulty set. If you look through the emails we exchanged, you will see I asked this question 3 times in different ways... as I was stunned that there was no assistance offered.
I run my own telecom business and use specific suppliers, with large varied stock and standard next day delivery, so it was great to find Broadbandbuyer who had in stock a specific item I required and dealt with my order in a very professional manner, so I would therefore recommend using them and definitely use them again.
well not a thousand words..but i purchased.a zyxel AMG1302-T10B , its black in the website image and its black on zxyels own website both uk and worldwide (at time of purchase Feb 2014) so what did i receive from BB buyer . well a white one which looked nothing like the web image ! but further investigation shows it to be an AMG1302-T10B-GB01V2F not a AMG1302-T10B-GB01V1F i guess i have a later version hence the V2F designation which zxyel themselves are not showing..i was quite shocked to find that i had been sent something different ,but to be honest a call to BB buyer soon put things right,as they say images are for illustration only,and when the images are from zxyel and there is no other image of it in white anywhere at time of purchase, then maybe someone needs to do some website updating in both quarters .the specification is the same so its only cosmetic .but we need more accurate pictures on both zxyels and BB buyers web sites other than that it was sent quickly and customer services are polite and helpful and that's the gold star earned.
I had been let down by two other companies when trying to buy this particular router despite the fact that the other companies showed plenty of the item in stock. Checked with Broadbandbuyer by phone before placing the order online and they assured me that the online stock figure was correct (and always is). Ordered the item at 2pm (at a great price) and expected delivery in three days. The router arrived the following day - real Zappos style service. Thanks and well done!
First class service - my requirements were immediately understood and the prompt responses demonstrated a company eager for my business even though my order was small. Faster than Amazon so they got my order.
