Having searched everywhere for NIK software complete the prices ranged from £255 - £300 but most where sold out then i came upon Cancom...... £203 wow so what was the catch. So i spent an hour or so reading reviews and most were ok but some were quite bad leading me to think no i`ll get it somewhere else but no i decided to go for it and it was here in 2 days very fast service plus a huge saving as well.

I ordered a Lacie SATA II PCI_Express card that showed as in stock on the website on 11 May 2011, showing as 2-3 days delivery, however it did not arrive until 25 May.
I am not overly impressed with it taking 2 weeks to be delivered. By the time we recieved it, it was needed urgently. The slow service would almost definately make me think twice about ordering from Cancom again. When we place an order, we pretty much need it within 1-2 days, 3 days max.

Found that the item i bought was £10 cheaper than some of the other leading websites. Will try and use them again if i can.
They were helpful with update emails on how my order was doing and dispatch times.
No problems whatsoever with my order from Cancom. They said it would be with me next day, & it was. They were the cheapest in the UK, had an easy payment system & an easy to use website.
How could I give anything but 5 stars?
I ordered a pair of Plantronics BackBeat 903 bluetooth headphones from the Cancom website for £35. Three days later I received a phone call from them saying due to a 'glitch' the price was twenty pounds higher.
I asked if they were going to honour their advertised price as the law states, or refunding me. They refunded my card instantly.
Very disappointed, will never look at their website again.
I ordered my item which was 'in stock' and would take 2-3 days to deliver... It wasn't and it didn't! The online order tracking was useless. I contacted Customer Services and didn't get a reply. Over two weeks later the item arrived. Needless to say I shan't be ordering from them again...
Bought a Booq Vyper case for my MacBook Pro but had a problem with the zip. Cancom sorted the return efficiently and paid for the return postage without any issues. Case was out of stock so ordered another from them when available. Price was good with quick delivery and fair postage costs. I used them initially as they were one of the only places stocking the case I wanted but would buy from them again without hesitation.
I found the service to very good and would use them again. However, I did return a purchased item which they say can take up to 30 days before the refund goes back into my account.
This seems a rather extraordinarily long time for such a transaction.
Repair of a Macbook was required. Very helpful on phone and in shop; repair completed within 24 hours. Promptly updated me on progress. Excellent service.
Need to make their presence more widely known as I only found out about Cancom by accident. Not listed on BT when searching for phone number.
I would definitely use them again
I ordered a Griffin Technology Aircurve and a Contour Design Flick Plastic Case for my iPhone 3GS, both were delivered very quickly, and the price is very reasonable too so overall chuffed, will definitely order from them again.
