Not very good. Pump was cracked and they gave me a full refund so it looked like I hadn’t purchased anything

Rebuilt Gear selector unit came back filthy with greasy finger prints on it. Nothing was cleaned at all and they reused old bad hardware. I also needed another part, My Clutch actuator rebuilt but I sent it MMT Experts because of the poor ECUtesting quality. For how much I paid on the rebuild they didn't bother to make a nice rebuild quality.
MMT Experts did a fantastic job rebuilding the clutch actuator. Clean, new hardware, and new sensor. ECUTesting used old bolts and old sensor and old worn out hardware.

Dear all, I have contacted Ecutesting for the repair of the front camera of my Audi A6 allroad. Excellent service provided by Antonio Farino and Daniele Dolcimascolo in Italy. Camera was found with NFF (No Fault Found). Nevertheless, with advice from Antonio i decided to accept their proposal for rebuild the camera that worked perfectly. Camera is now working and i'm really happy.

They tried to help with a ECU for a motorbike but unfortunately they didn't have the equipment to test it, but keep me informed through out the process and returned the unit to me free off charged

Excellent service, really fast at dealing with my defender ecu. Sent emails to update as it went through their workshop. Couldn’t fault them..

Great experience with ECU testing. From one phone call, registering, and my ABS pump being collected the same day, you don't get much better than that. The turnaround was two to three days, sent Monday and back Wednesday—incredibly quick service and rebuild. Highly recommend, this is up there for customer experience and service. 10/10

Used this company for my ABS rebuild due to them having a lifetime warranty - to me this shows confidence in their work.
Sent off my part on Monday morning, it was with them on Tues morning, and by Tues afternoon they had rebuilt and sent back out to me, delivered back with me on Weds morning - exceptional turn around.
I rang CS a couple times with a few queries and they was very helpful, especially the gentleman i spoke to twice.
Part is all fit now and car is driving like new again.

I was given clear, consise instructions about posting the item. There were real time progress updates. From postage to receiving the repaired item it took 4 days. Brilliant service!

Had a problem with my old 24 year old corsa with the ecu and took it to them and 2 days latter it was totally rebuilt and working grate and very reasonably priced repair thank you will use again

They received my RR evoque gear selector on Monday and I had a message about 3 hours later that it was fixed and ready to be shipped back. I got it back on Tuesday before 12pm and have just refitted it into the car. Works perfectly!
On top of that, they have a YouTube video with step by step instructions showing removal and refitting

Comprehensive information on website and easy to follow sign-up and despatch process. Clear communication regarding testing results and pricing. Turnaround of 2/3 days as promised. All in all an excellent service.

I must say what an absolutely amazing service ecu testing provided to me over the past few days. After an initial telephone conversation Tuesday mid morning, my unit was picked up an hour or two later, their three day turnaround was complete nonsense, as my fully repaired unit arrived just after 1:00pm today, just 48 hours later! The unit has now been fitted and after a test drive, I can confirm that everything works perfectly, with a lifetime warranty as well. What a great outfit they have there!

The communications were excellent I was kept up to date regarding the courier and then the actions in the lab. The faulty Fiat 500 Blue Me ECU was repaired on the day it arrived at ECU testing and arrived back to me the following day.

Sent my ECU to this company to repair a specific O2 sensor circuit fault. The vehicle was still operational before the ECU was sent away. After the initial repair, the car still ran badly, so I returned the ECU twice under warranty. On both occasions I was told "no fault found".

After the final return, the ECU became completely non-functional and the vehicle would no longer start.

The company did later suggest an immobiliser-off workaround, but by this point I had lost confidence after multiple failed attempts and the original repair I paid for had still not been resolved.

I ended up using an independent specialist to source and configure a replacement ECU, which got the vehicle running properly again immediately.

I did eventually receive a refund after opening a PayPal dispute, but the whole process caused massive stress, downtime, and wasted time overall. Very disappointing experience.

Had a message asking to call. I rang and spoke to Jacob. He didn't have a clue what i was talking about, couldn't even trace my id number. Asking me for diagnostic info, that was why i sent it to them. I have very little confidence in a satisfactory outcome. I know it cannot be repaired and needs a rebuild but totally ignore my information. Not holding my breath and doubt if i will see unit back .off to a Peugeot dealer for an expensive outcome. Wouldn't use again.

Absolute joke of a company state 1 to 3 days then 4 days in before even tested. Find no faults and try to brow beat me into paying for an unnecessary rebuild. Communication skills of a deaf mute. Now baring in mind I paid upfront £345 including vat I was owed back after £45 + site states clearly £19.99p return postage but in fact they charged me £33.40p for postage firstly it took a week of lies from various employees and me constantly chasing them via email,phone and live chat to finally get my money back which they not only tried to deny I had paid at first but even after this whole joke of a service I still received refund short due to their bogus postage ammount which in all honesty was their fault anyway being late posted due to a supposed admin error ahem. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PANTOMIME COMPANY !!!!

Amazingly fast turn around. Collected by DHL same day, and results the next. My unit was not repairable, but returned to me. £20 well spent.
