Most convenient way to buy a car!
When I was looking to buy a new car, a Honda Accord, a family member of mine referred me to CarsDirect. The people at CarsDirect were so helpful and found me exactly what I wanted. Compared to actually going to a dealership to buy a car, this was painless and so convenient.

Quick response
The agent, Michael, quickly responded to my request and questions. The drawback is we have 3-hour time-zone difference. I had to call him or received his email responses at afternoon. I requested a Prius C Two but he couldn't find one me. (Actually, I checked 3 local Toyota dealers and they didn't have that model in stock either.) He found me a model One instead, close enough. However, I didn't like the options with that Prius C. He finally found one without the options but it was located in a dealer in Anniston, Alabama about 120 miles from Atlanta. To get that car, I either drive there to pick it up or let the dealer to deliver, which might charge a cost for the delivery. Michael helped me to negotiate the delivery cost and finally the dealer agreed to deliver the vehicle to my home for free. The dealer delivered the car to my home at the scheduled time. Michael could also help me on finding the financing at 2.9% as same as the local dealership would offer me.

One Stop Shop
I saved so much time by going to Cars Direct. All I had to do is type in the car that I wanted and Cars Direct found the dealers. I didn't have to haggle or do any extra research. If your looking for a new car this is the place to start!

Bought two vehicles within one year
We bought two cars in the past twelve months both times using CarsDirect.com. In both cases they were extremely helpful in locating the vehicles in a timely manner. The visit to the dealership the first time was less than 30 minutes, totally painless. The second purchase , no so much. The Finance Manager was a total jerk and screwed up the paperwork. He was making us travel all the way back to accomodate his mistake (it was easily an hour drive, round trip). Rather than dong this, we simply called our contact at CarsDirect.com and he set the dealership straight and made them mail us the corrected documents to sign. I will always use CarsDirect.com, the amount I could save negotiating on my own is not worth the countless headaches it would require.

Second time was even easier
We've bought two cars through CarsDirect. The first time went really smoothly, but I was still a little nervous the second time especially when we went to pick up our Camry. But the second time was even easier; really easy to place our order, they found the one we wanted quickly and the pick up at the dealership was great (no surprises and very fast). We'll use them again in a few years!

Super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!
My car was on the downslide so I decided it was time to take the plunge and buy. I really dislike going to car dealerships and have had bad experiences with pushy sales people. I called CarsDirect on a friend's recommendation and got in touch with their rep who knows more about buying and selling cars than I hope I ever know! He was extremely helpful in providing advice with respect to the process of selecting a model and working through the entire purchase experience. I will definitely use them for all my future purchases.

Cars Direct was my trusted advisor
I'm extremely busy with little time to sweat thru the details. I leaned on CarsDirect to find me the best possible deal on my desired car within my budget. It removed the time-consuming and messy negotiation from the car buying experience and left me fully satisfied. The dealer even drove the car to my workplace. I walked down to the street on a quick break to collect my keys and paperwork and was done!

Got an amazing deal, no hassle
I recently bought a new Toyota Prius through CarsDirect. Compared to my experience buying my earlier Prius at a dealer in 2004, this was amazingly painless. In 2004 I spent over 4 hours at the Dealership trying to complete the transaction -- this time I spent less than 30 minutes and a lot of that time was just signing documents. Highly recommend the experience.

No Hassle Vehicle Purchase At The Best Price!
Joe Defour of Cars Direct.Com is a Car Broker's Broker. Within 24 hours he had my dream car and trade in all handled, including pick up and delivery to my front door. I never have to enter the daunting dealer showroom again!
