Ordered on AUG 22 and received 7 SEP, definitely not a scam.

They may send you the first or second order that you make & may try to attract you with their weekly 10% reduction coupons, but when I made a few months ago a real big order of 4CDs (order 28394) they simply scammed me, sent nothing & IGNORED all messages & emails sent. Also I found out that their support service email address simply does not exist after gmail returned me the email I sent to this address. Only by opening case with my credit card company did I receive my money back. I really don't recommend doing business with these scammers & like I said, even if they do send you the 1st or second orders, in the end you WILL be scammed.

Very disappointed in this store/shop
I bought a 7" vinyl from this store and never received it, after sending numerous emails enquiring about my order, I got no response or any information. I am still waiting to anything but have heard nothing back , they are ignoring me .I am so disappointed this is not what I would expect from a store in Japan.
My advice do not BUY from this store

Useless! Extremely poor communication no updates following order. I asked them to cancel purchase and refund my payment. As I continually couldn’t get a reply I started a charge back to my card and asked them again to refund my payment. The only time I heard from them was when they obviously heard from my credit card company. As before they said it was on its way when it clearly wasn’t. I have received notification that it’s meant to be delivered today almost two months after I ordered the vinyl. Avoid like the plague

Again slow and uncommunicative but my order arrived safely. Cheap compared to others. Will buy again with no hesitation. Recommended!

Super slow and non communicative. took over a month to ship "in Stock" items, also they have fake reviews at the bottom of their web page which isnt good. They are legit however and if they could actually ship stuff in the timeframe they promise id have no issue.

Definitely not a scam but definitely FELT like one. Took about a month and a half and 3 emails to get a response but they responded and shipped with full emails providing all the information and shipping times.
Only reason I give these guys a 5 (instead of my original 3) is because they ARE legit. You just need to wait. Great spot if you want to pick rarer or less overpriced items that would be on eBay.
If you don't mind checking up on them and waiting, it's not a bad spot.
Though, to be frank. I most likely will just use eBay next time instead...

They are 100% legit and definitely not a scam. They are very, very slow, and their communication is poor bordering on non existent. But if you're willing to wait a few months to get your purchase you can pick up rare records at reasonable prices.

Ordered vinyl on May1, have contacted them 3X about order and have ZERO communications back to me. I am disputing the charges.
Would give 0 stars if possible.

bought something for a bday never arrived, emailed 6 times no response reported them through my bank and shopify.

placed a cd, website said 5 business days, never got it. I tried email them and got no response.

Ordered on the 30th April, stated that shipping would be within 5 days. No email receipt received. No further updates to date, 9th May. 3 emails sent, none of which have been responded to. I don’t mind waiting, but as they’re not responding at all I have raised a dispute with my bank. Very poor, would definitely avoid.

I have waited a month for vinyl record to be delivered by fedex. No shipping was initiated. Two emails have gone unanswered. I feel that this is a scam site

I ordered a cd 20 days ago and they still have not dispatched it. I have sent them three emails in the past week. No response.

Avoid CDs Vinyl Japan (Rury Art Music Co., Ltd) at all costs. After a month of silence, they have ignored all requests to consolidate my orders (#28590, #28727, #29045) and explicitly refused to use EMS as requested. Their negligence forced me to pay $2,131.00 MXN in redundant, unnecessary FedEx fees.
The packaging is substandard—using only a single sheet of paper for international shipping—resulting in damaged vinyl jackets. Furthermore, their website is designed to trap your money: it lacks a user dashboard, and there are no options to cancel, pause, or edit orders. Since they have ghosted me for over 30 days, I am initiating a formal bank chargeback. Shop App Support (Case #66060333) has already been notified of their bad faith practices.

My order never arrived, no refund, no respond to emails. AVOID at all cost!

Ordered an item that is rare/expensive locally for an incredible price.

I had searched reviews and was prepared to wait. I did not have to wait long and the item arrived exactly as described. In better condition than other resellers.

Scam artist, placed an order for over a month and have been chasing them for the past two weeks but received no reply. Do not buy from them

I wanted to throw my experience on here for anyone else looking them up.

I ordered a CD on October 27th, 2025.
I hadn’t heard anything for three months, so I sent an email on January 24th, 2026 asking if it had shipped.
I didn’t get a response to the email, but my package shipped February 2nd and arrived on the 13th.
So about four and a half months total, but not a scam.
Patience was my friend. I’d do it again.
