I recently bought a Samsung Pro 8tb ssd for extra storage space for my PS5. I found the customer service to be excellent particularly from Chris. He kept me informed as to when my product was ready for delivery and rang me to let me know it was on its way. I found the service to be professional. I am also happy with the product i received.

Do not order online from centrecom. I had purchased multiple pc parts, and one item didn't arrive. After waiting a few days, I emailed their online customer service to see if it was still coming to me. Turns out, the item was not in stock, and I was never notified that it was never being sent out to begin with! It is extra frustrating that that was the only item that required shipping, as all my other parts could have been collected at my local store. This is an ongoing issue with Centrecom, as shared in several other reviews and friends' experiences. They are very comfortable taking your money but will not compensate you when they do wrong. Stay away.

Lodged in an RMA for my Astral GPU because of dead lighting array. Expected to take only around 2-3 weeks of process. Ended up with more than 5 weeks without a GPU for work. Staff specifically told me to return all the original accessories and box (For what? Testing them too??), and I complied anyway, also specifically told them to return every item back once finished. Every customer would expect careful handling along with original state of the items shipped back to them. Eventually, the box that I tried to keep it as pristine as possible for showcase, is torn like an injured animal, and my day is ruined. No love for tech and things related, these staffs are not professional as they claim to be. Will not buy from them anymore as long as it is possible, since they treat RMA tech as garbage.

you the reader who reads this WARNING!!!!!!!!! do not shop at centrecom I order a monitor. the monitor developed a stuck pixel got in touch with centrecom they said a replacment would be shipped guess what ive been ripped off $400 down the drain replacement never came. vote PAULINE HANSON!!! Indians taking over Aus mail delivery and for you centrecom I'm never shopping or ordering from you again rip off flogs. you want legit pc parts shop scorptec there legit no rip offs highly reliable. WILLY D OUT ........

I had a problem with my computer and me being very good at servicing my computer failed in a constant boot loop not booting the drive. I took it to another 5 star computer shop near me and they couldn't fix it and made me worried that I needed new parts. Centre com sunshine being the best as they are fixed it.

Incredibly helpful staff at the Springwood store - in particular Jermaine, who basically took nearly an hour to help my 13 year old son build a PC from the parts we had bought from the store a couple of days earlier. My son ran in trouble connecting everything up and Jermaine basically finished it all off for him and wouldn't accept any money or anything. Absolute legend and so very grateful!

They became defensive when I lodged a warranty claim after explaining that the docking station intermittently fails and stops working.
Instead of addressing the issue, they asked me to bring in the laptop so they could diagnose it. Do they really expect customers to take time off work just to troubleshoot a faulty docking station?

I spent more than $6,000 on a computer from Centre Com, and it hasn't worked properly since I received it. After trying some things a sales rep asked me to do in order to narrow down the issue, the computer completely shut off without warning and was unresponsive for 10+ mins. I don't know if what the sales rep suggested is what caused it to shut off on me, but it didn't do that before I did what they asked me to. Now I'm supposed to send it back and be without a computer for 3+ weeks because of this, which isn't really possible for me since I need to use a computer for tasks. I just have to hope it doesn't decide to die again.

Purchased a new Gigabyte motherboard from these frauds on Friday 29th May. I contacted them yesterday to inform them that I have a dead board. I was advised to take itinto the store and they will see what needs to be done. I took the board in this morning and the board was inspected behind a wall and I couldn't see what was happening. The technition came out shortly after and told me there were dead pins on the proccessor slot. He then said that this was user damage and that it was out of warranty. I know for a fact that the pins were fine when I took it in so what did they do behind the wall? I now effectivly now have a boat anchor and am out of pocket to the tune of $200.

I have now purchased my last product from these frauds and once the warranty claim on the dead RTX5060 they sold me is sorted out I will be closing my account and purchasing my computer parts elsewhere.

I placed the order not expecting it to be delivered so quickly and the spot where the courier left it was perfect, leaving my goos hidden and out of public eye was so nice to see (especially when other Couriers just dump goods/parcels on the top step for the whole neighbourhood to see). So I really really appreciate that.

I was expecting roughly a 2 week turn around from order placement to delivery but it was actually 2 day turn around. Very impressive.

Made a 3000 dollar purchase , charged over 100 dollars for express shipping paid cash, items were $1699 in stock $500 in stock 2x At $149 not in stock ,back order and a 29$ item in stock , got the 29 dollar item express post for a 100 dollars shipping 8 days later still nothing else , when i enquire oh we just held back the other items until your back order came in so they charged me 100 dollars express freight for a 29 dollar game controller ,, in stead of sending all instock items then sending on the back order.

Got charged $150 to return an item and then another $50 to re- purchase it in a different color.
