Wonderful Customer Service
Wonderful customer service. I ordered a firepit and it was factory damaged. The team were really responsive and swapped it out for me.
Unfortunately the replacement was in the same condition so I had to return it. They organised the collection and I had a refund before they'd even picked up!
It's a shame about the firepit but they're a great company.
