Ordered at 3pm, received a confirmation email straight away. Received a text the next day saying: "your parcel will be delivered between 12.25 and 1.25" parcel arrived at 12.30.
So can't fault it in any way!! Very impressed.

great service especially the delivery service
The delivery service is great, they send you a text the night before and you can choose to change the delivery date, by 2-3 days or where it goes if its a neighbor for example.

Disappointed
I would have rate this site higher and I actually done it before.however, the service of this site is dropping sharply !
This site deals with PDP delivery which they look like professional and well organized but they are lazy stupid company.
Make sure you read the expiry date of product as I bought products that was expired 2 years ago !!! Make sure you read expiry date as soon as you get your products !! Don't trust anyone!

The product you are referring to was purchased by yourself from our clearance section where the best before date (28/02/2012) is clearly displayed next to the reduced price.
We apologise that you feel DPD are not the delivery company for you. We also offer deliveries with Parcelforce and Royal Mail.

Bought larger batch of whey, other sellers in England refused to ship over channel. No problems with this one and whey was almost twice cheaper than from local resellers!

Shop is perfect but site is not.
I got what i ordered in 4 days to Czech republic, prices are very good. I was buying few times from this site and never had a problem with delivery or service. Only problem is their site. I forgot my password and i wanted to reset it, but when they send an email with reset link it didnt work. So i couldnt change my password. It was always saying that it must be atleast 5 characters long and it was about 11.

Nio nonsense and easy to buy
With vat going onto protein powder this has made my usual purchase increase considerably on some sites. My usual site is very expensive so googled and found Cheapuk which was so much cheaper. What I liked was that I didn't have to register before buying, I had the choice to register or purchase staight away. I was kept informed of the delivery and was text and emailed the 1 hour time slot it was due.
Excellent customer service, delivery and price and would rcommend to others and purchase through them again.

Great customer service. Bad delivery company
The reason I gave 3 stars has nothing to do with CheapUkSupps. Their delivery company DPD completely screwed up and I waited over a week for my protein.
This story even included blatant lying to me by DPD. I will order one more time and hope this doesn't happen again.

You must change international delivery method for being faster for some countries of South Europe (may be through air mail) because by dpd my package passes all Europe to arrive in Greece

I am really happy from the CheapUKSupplements but not from the company you use for delivery.. I think you should find someone else. They did exactly what i didn't want them to do - delivering my product to the neighbours and answered to me 2 days late.

Not impressed with service at all!
I have ordered several times from CheapUKsupplements and spend on average £200-£300 per month on supplements to facilitate my training. Previuosly I have had no issues. My delivery this month was incorrect - wrong product sent. When I contacted the company (after easter break - meaning I had to spend more money to buy protein to tide me over) I was told I would need to send photos of the dispatch paper work and products. When I asked to speak to complaints dept I was told abruptly there wasnt one (I can assure you there should be!). I then recieved an email saying that is was company policy to ask for photos to be sent in (no explanation as to why they were needed - surely as it was their error they should sort it and not expect me to). I was told I would then be contacted by email from the delivery company to tell me a time for delivery. My fiance planned to try and work from home during the delivery time slot and go into work either side of the delivery slot. I did not recieve any contact and the delivery arrived arrived 4pm - which meant my fiances day was wasted as she did not know what time she would not have to be home. I would have thought an apology for poor service and some sort of discount would have been given as this is the norm from other supplement companies under similar circumstances. Looks like I'll be going back to discountsupplements.co.uk in future!
