Payment via Paypal should be available
I found it easy to access the products I wanted to buy and then add them to my basket. But the problem raised when it came to paying for the items, I myself prefer paying via PayPal, and I wasn't happy that there wasn't an option for this on the website. I therefore I had to type my bank details directly onto their website, which can sometimes be a bit dodgy if you don't know the company. The first payment didn't go through, and it kept saying 'payment rejected' for some reason. I then had to type my details in again to buy the item which then worked thankfully. Other than the payment side of it, the item was dispatched exceptionally quick and arrived just in time & the sweatshirt is really good quality! I recommend this company to anyone but not if you prefer to pay via PayPal as this is not available.

Brilliant company to purchase from. Broad selection of products and have a very fast dispatch and shipping.
I bought some Supra trainers from Chemical Records, they said they would arrive within 1-5 days using standard shipping to Jersey and they arrived within 2 days of ordering. The website is very easy to use, with a great selection of filters to suit all of your needs. They have a broad selection of products to suit many needs and they even take the VAT off for applicable countries. All in all a fantastic experience!

Chemical Records have excellent level of customer service, shipping rates are moderate, the only downside is lack of Paypal payment possibility.

Great products at great prices with a great service
Chemical is always stocked with all new best new music as well as having a great rage of clothing and equipment, i buy all my vinyl and now clothes from here and have never been disappointed! I'd recommend it to anyone be it fr music or anything! The only downside is some equipment is a little pricey but i guess thats not down to them..

Cheap, Fast, Genuine and Excellent!
I was looking everywhere for a Brixton cap that was cheap and genuine. I came across this website which had some of the cheapest prices compare to other stores and websites. I found the cap I wanted and it was recieved within a couple of days in excellent condition and reciepts! Very happy!!

Slow website but good service
Service overall (products, shipping) feels great and professional. However, accessing the website from Romania is sometimes a pain, mostly conisisting in (very) slow page load time. Computer and internet connection are not a factor here, it's due to how the website is set up. Google and other companies have made experiments about this which showed that website performance is correlated with revenue per user, so I think an improvement in this area would largely benefit the company.

Bad sleeve condition
I purchased a women's bag and 3x12". Thing is that the outer sleeve looked like it was a second hand vinyl, it was crumpled and up-edges were torn.
The order arrived fast though, it was well-packed and everything but when I saw the condition of the sleeve I felt like I was underestimated as a customer.
Music is wicked though and that's what it's all about so not suuuuch a big deal.

I got into using Chemical for vinyl records originally, but now end up buying heaps of clothes from them too. The website is a joy to use for searching for and listening to records before you buy. They have the push music player service too, although I never use that really.
Only thing I would prefer is if they had some sort of vinyl clearance or discount section, because it all seems to be RRP or higher, and free delivery would be awesome. They seem to have fairly cheap t-shirts and stuff, but music never seems to come down in price. But, I suppose you can't have everything, and Chemical otherwise are a great company that I like to support.
