DONT EVEN GO THERE!!!!

this site was very misleading thankfully i have only lost a very small £3 from my account ...this site is absolute fraud it displays a lot of lies ...whatever you do , dont enter your card details as they claim this is for citezenship conformation BULL**** this is a way of taking your money from you without your permission , on the sign up page it gives you no link to the terms and conditions explaining you must quit your free trial within the first three days or it will start charging , the site it does provide is **** as it doesnt have any movies that anybody is likely to know a very limited genre list with the only upside being the speed they email you back. i am very dissapointed with this site as every promise i have read has been complete uttter LIES !!!!

False advertising! Customer Support is poor... the site does'nt the way that they promise and the woman in customer support was rude!

This SCAM thought they were slick. I am not the one.

Ok so I was dumb enough to sign up blah blah blah.
I signed up for the 5-day "free" trial.
Whenever I sign up for something, I make sure that I can delete it, so I went to "Edit Profile" and the button WOULD NOT WORK.
So I was like hell naw, I'm cancelling this shit right now.
I went to cancel it, and I got a confirmation e-mail.
And it was deleted.
THEN I remembered that I also signed up for that Ultra Violet bs, so I deleted that too and got a confirmation e-mail for that also.
I read a review and someone said that their membership with Cineble was also combined with 4 other different sites.
SO, I went straight FBI-mode and searched the history of my ENTIRE computer; saw some websites I didn't recognize and typed my old Cineble log in INTO ALL OF THE WEBSITES.
None of them worked, thank God.
And then I kept reading reviews and people were saying how they were still charged after cancellation, and I was like: I wish a motherfucker would.
So I read the Terms & Conditions and figured out why I wasn't charged:
Even though it's a FIVE DAY FREE TRIAL, after the THIRD DAY, you will be charged.
I wasn't charged because I cancelled that shit literally 30 minutes after signing up.
Then to make sure, I called. And you can tell it's a scam because the FIRST thing they ask you is if you want to cancel.
I gave them my credit card number, and my account wasn't in their records.

Never again

i created my account on Cineble as i wanted watch 5 days of free films "just to see what they had on offer" it turns out they did not have films i wanted to watch. After 4 hours of searching i could not find out on how to delete my account over the internet. I don't want to use the phone because i live in England and it charges me for phone calls aboard, after the five days had past i was charge £35 without being asked so can someone please tell me how to delete my account over the internet before i have to cancel my visa debit card.

SCAM!!! Stay Away!!!!

I've signed up for a "free membership" with my credit card to watch one of the movies this company offered online. A few months later this company started drafting monthly fee of $35.95 per month out of my account without asking for any approval.

When I called CINEBLE.COM to cancel the service, the customer service person gave me a "cancellation ticket number", and told me that she was sending me a cancellation confirmation email.

I also asked for a refund (to see if that was possible), and she told me that they would refund me three months worth of membership fee though she insisted that their policy didn't allow for refund initially.

An hour later after I got off the phone with them, I've looked for those emails that she said she has sent. Off course, they were nowhere to be found....

I have finally decided to call my credit card company to report this as a fraud case, and they had agreed that they would investigate on this case to see if this qualify for monetary compensation.

I am writing this to let people know that CINEBLE.COM IS A SCAM. I don't want anyone to lose their hard-earned money to this malicious company.

A Con!!!

Cinemble advertise that they have the film you're looking for and say they don't charge for a trial membership. I thought I'd give it a try as I wouldn't actually mind paying for a quality service anyway. I wish I'd have looked here first though as this company is not to be trusted.

Signing up is free but you do get charged for cancelling the free membership online, or you can call them up, which probably costs even more. If you don't cancel it, you automatically get put on their monthly membership... and for what?

Their films are low budget and I've never heard of a single one. Once into the site, the movie you google searched will not be there. I would say that this site is a pretty efficient con, and you are best advised as previous writers have said to stay well clear!!!

Conned - Lost lots of money !!!!!!!

DON'T GO THERE !!!!!!!
Says it's free - then they charge £50 per month.
Cancelled but they still get from the card
I am contacting the bank and trading standards.

RipOff Do not go there!!!

I am usually very careful however, the kids were desperate to watch Harry Potter. Followed an ad, signed up, realised it was a con - films are nothing you will ever have heard of - cancelled membership straight away. Three months on and I am still being billed!!! Going to cancel credit card now :-(

wow i just signed up for cineble too. i was so happy thinking im about to watch alot of movies for 5 days then cancel it. then i was searching for movies & they dont have [language]. i swear to everything i love " THEY DO NOT HAVE ONEEEEEEEE MOVIEEEEEEEEEEE YOUUU EVERRRRRRRR HEARD OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF " ... soon as i seen they had bull shit ass movies i canceled my account twice on the phone & asked to talk to customer service to make fucking sure it was canceled [IN THE SAME [language] HOUR, I WASNT GONNA WAIT FOR 5 DAYS TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN] ... i will notttttttt get charged 35 dollars a month to watch unknown movies -____- ... get the [language] outta here ... so for all you guys who plan on signing up. STOPPPPPPPP. clear the cache & history then close the internet, shut off the computer, and unplug the computer lol. noooooo seriousle cineble is a [language] scam & you should stay away from it. unless you like your money getn taken away from you -____-

false advertising!

Dont believe [language]!! they collect card info so they can bill you not to verify that you are a citizen! one month free trial was automatically upgraded and i was billed after only 5 days! terms defined were false and I did report to BBB

DODGY

I never even signed up for a free trial for this company and somehow they managed to get my credit card details and have charged me $39.95 last month and this month.

I don't know how they got my details but I have filed a dispute with my bank and also sent them a request to cancel my 'membership' although I never signed up for one.

They are based in the UK and as I am based in Australia, they expect me to either pay for an international call or pay a cancellation fee to cancel online.

Absolute rip off fraud company.

Do Not Sign Up!

Do not sign up with this company. They are a fraud. They advertise having movies and shows they do not actually provide. Furthermore in the fine print when you sign up if you DON'T cancel your account within 5 days they charge your credit card for the cost of a premium account.

They do not offer refunds even if you never watched a single thing from their site.

rubbish service

The company lacks a lot of things it says on the website before IE the old website. we charge every month they took £70 pounds of me in the space of a week and now hsbc are on too them hope they take them for every penny. this so called free website is not free and also do not forget to read the small print. this website should not be on the Internet if they don't know how too run a business.

Fraud company which will loot money from you

do not sign up with this company! they converted the 'free' membership to a premium membership without my authorization and will not issue a refund. completely unacceptable - and unwilling to refund. not to be trusted.
They are the biggest fraudsters in the market.
