I was trying to watch series online when I was lead to think that I had to sign up for this side to see the series. As I assumed that the free membership would allow me to see series for free in a half good quality, I accepted to typing in my card info and picking the 'pay per view' rather than the free (and boy am I happy about that one at least).
As I find out that I have signed up for the wrong side, I of course want to cancel my account, or at least remove my card from it. But none of those things were possible using the normal account options and I honestly don't feel good about my card being locked to a side which I have no intention to use.
I feel tricked and I send them an email not long ago, telling them politely that it was a mistake and that I don't find it proper that I should pay to have free account cancelled. I know it isn't a lot of money, but I still find it distasteful and wrong. I really wish I could give this site negative starts....

Cinemaden is a complete scam!!! The monthly fee is outrageous and the selection of films is poor at best. You`ll be charged a 0.99 admin fee to cancel. How the employees of this company can live with themselves is beyond me. Use Netflix and stay away from Cinemaden!
I agree they are a scam. I am still trying to get my money back. Even though I have cancelled twice via their email service (and obviously I have as I can't sign in) they have continued to charge me for three months. I cancelled within 20 minutes of signing up after I noticed how poor their selection of movies are. Unfortunately I'm still waiting to hear from them and am considering approaching an ombudsman.
I signed up for free trial, but then cancelled before the 5 days. I have emailed Cinemaden 4 TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN NO REPLY. I emailed to ask for a refund, so I'm sure that's why they didn't reply. I was charged for two months after I cancelled, and have not been able to get a response, or a refund. I am very upset and disappointed.
This is horrible. I just singed up for this. Then I read the reviews. As soon as I read the first one I read the next one and learned how to cancell my account. Do not use CinemaDen!
I didnt signup to anything and they stille take money out of my account. The way they inform their customers are bad as hell and I will not suggest that any of you buy or signup to their website.
I wrote them twice and got no reply. Try call them and they hang up or dont answer.
Cinema den is a scam and has at the same time a poor selection of movies after my taste. The reason its a scam, is that they charge you nothing the first 5 days and then suddenly automaticly they charge 35 € for a premium membership without asking. (In theory theres nothing wrong with this, because i've signed up for it, but its a bad way to handle customers). Furthermore they charged me 0,99 € when I wanted to cancel my membership. I've seen it before and it stinks! DO NOT GIVE CINEMAN DEN YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!
