Review of CJS CD Keys

Extremely Poor Support

15 days ago I purchased Overwatch Origins Edition CD Key for Battle.net
The DLC key worked but the main game key was a invalid key.
Having purchased at least 50 game keys over the years and redeeming them without issue I was quite skeptical that the key could possibly be A Invalid key at first so I contacted blizzard support.
They confirmed that the key was invalid so I immediately opened a CJS Support Ticket with a capture of the blizzard support chat session attached.
2 days later I got a reply from CJS support basically stating their refund policy or lack there of.
at this point i just wanted a replacement key that worked.
most of the reply's after this made so sense at all.
Eventually on the 3rd of June I got a request for some screen captures showing the key not working etc. so I attached them to my reply.
Instead of the "sorry about that here's a replacement key" reply i was expecting i just received more reply's that didn't make make sense and and others that basically stated that it couldn't possibly be a bad key.
The final reply that was actually the very first reply.
So i opened a PayPal dispute and escalated it to a claim then i get 2 emails one containing the problematic key saying "it's 100% valid. please close your claim"
and other asking for a screen shots ( I had actually already provided 5 over a week ago) .
So i did and then finally was emailed a working key! along with this request
"Please write a review stating that you are happy with your key and that it works. This helps build trust for future customers!"
Am I happy with my Working Key ?
No CJS No I'm not Happy!
I would have been happy with my working key if it was replaced and working 15 or even 13 days ago!

So much for your Trust Pilot Statement
