Do not buy from Clog Studios!
I purchased a pair of shoes from them and then they wouldn't let me return them when I ordered the wrong size, only if they (not the customer) made a mistake in sending the wrong size, style, or color. they wouldn't give me a refund either. after that, both my cards ended up getting comprised from using their site...it's a scam. don't believe those instagram ads! you're better off buying the real, more expensive brand.

Do not ever buy from this company. They are shady. They wont let you return and then keep charging you

Honestly, this was such a bad experience. These shoes are absolute rubbish. They look cheap, feel cheap, and don’t even hold up after a short time. They’re nothing like what was shown online, and I regret buying them straight away.

Delivery was just as bad. It took way too long, with no proper updates, and when it finally arrived the packaging was poor and messy. The whole thing felt careless and unprofessional.

Genuinely feels like a scam. You pay expecting something decent, and you get something that’s basically useless. Total waste of money.

This company is running a scam where they take your order, send you a poor quality product a month later and then start charging you 34.95 monthly fees for being a "member." When you email them they gaslight you and tell you that you signed up for it when you checked out.

This company is a drop shipping scam. I ordered three pairs of shoes at one time. After the actual order confirmation it took a week to be shipped, and almost an entire month to arrive, during which it couldn’t be tracked because all it tells you is that it is at “a packaging facility in the United States”, and customer service had no idea where it was either and just sent me the same useless tracking information. After one of the pairs of shoes arrived (finally) it was the wrong size, and after checking my initial order confirmation, it showed a second order (edited and sent out following the initial one), which had a completely different size. The rest of the order came a few days later. When I emailed customer service about the incorrect size they said they would send a replacement (they sent the email with tracking info Dec 8, still not here as of Dec 26), and phrased it as a courtesy, noting their one-time replacement policy. In addition to all of this, on your initial order they include a 30$ subscription cost! Mind you IT LITERALLY SHOWS UP AS FREE “money back guarantee”. Actually just charging you extra without telling you. The overall quality of the products is poor, but for the price point I wasn’t expecting a lot, but the terrible customer service, lack of transparency, and long wait time ensure I’ll never shop here again.

Horrible quality! Run VERY small and narrow. Upper material is not suede…it’s some sort of paper thin material and does not give at all. Soles are extremely slick as well. And it took forever to get them! There should be an option to rate below 0 bc I would definitely do so.

Overall they were a huge waste of money!

I never usually write reviews, this is probably the first one I have ever wrote, but it should be known that this company is a complete scam, dropshipping horrible quality straight from china, which is why it takes ages to come, they are drop-shipping so all items are always on some sort of offer, which makes it impossible to return or refund because of their policy on sale items, they charged me two times for some “30-day money back guarantee” which was like $30 each time, without me even knowing, and apparently I signed up for it in my order, which would be impossible because my order was in late July, and I recieved a welcome to rewards email in Oct 2nd, at this time I was never even on their website. Scam, avoid

Horrible!
This so called company is a nightmare. I placed an order online without reading reviews first (my bad...lessons learned and all that). I immediately emailed support@cloggs requesting cancellation. They said it was cancelled and I should receive my refund in a couple of days. Maddy J assured me via a handful of emails that it was cancelled and they refunded my card. Which never happened!

15 days later I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company and then low and behold they charged my credit card again! Apparently I signed up for some kind of subscription....which I do NOT recall doing at all (beware of a small ticked box). Another dispute put through to block the company. Needless to say I will be much more careful in the future.

I’m warning you – don’t even think about trying this brand. It’s a complete scam.

I placed an order a month and a half ago, and I still haven’t received anything. On top of that, they charged my card again for some kind of subscription I never agreed to. They kept my payment info and took more money without my consent.

I’ve sent dozens of emails, and all I ever get back is a copy-pasted automated response. No real support. No refund. Nothing. It’s like they’re mocking me.

Please, I beg you – stay away. Don’t fall for this like I did. They take your money and disappear. I honestly hope this company goes bankrupt for what they’re doing to people.

Avoid this brand at all costs. Forget about them. Run.

Don’t buy anything from there, its a scam! They have the most awful quality and plus they wont reply your mails of return requests. Secondly the most disgusting thing is that they have used my credit card info thrice and deducted the money out of it.

TRUST ME, SHEIN clogs would be more comfortable than these and the customer service is TERRIBLE. I have been trying to get a refund for about two months and they still did not send it. They sent me another pair of freaking shoes that are the most uncomfortable shoes to wear. Don’t do it to yourself. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shotty workmanship. They will not accept returns on "sale" items. Their entire site is "on sale." I ordered Decmber 1st for a Christmas gift, didn't receive until January. Horrible company.

I wish I saw these reviews before I made this purchase. I ordered a men's 10.5 and they are surely 2 sizes too small. From the reviews, it will be a waste of time to try to return!

Buyer beware I purchased fine and I ordered the size that I needed because that's the shoe size I wear and they came and they don't fit I contacted them to try to return them and they say they don't do Returns on sale items. What kind of establishment is this they certainly do not have good customer service. Size is one thing the quality is another very poor quality and they smelled horrible I had to leave them outside of the house.

Ordered 2 pairs of clogs for my son for Christmas 2024 on 11/30/24. As of January 6th still nothing. Has a tracking number that keeps saying they are in transit. When I finally did get them they are not "suede" as described, but some kind of material i can only describe as cardboard and were 2 inches too short for the size ordered. Contacted customer service to return and was sent an email back stating they were not accepting returns at this time. i got 2 pairs of clogs that not even a dollar store would sell for $70. Total ripoff....but i will make sure they get at least $70 in bad publicity from the deal!

All the negative reviews are correct!!
I finally received my 2 pairs of clog shoes today after waiting for 15 days. These are the poorest quality shoes I have ever seen. The shoes are as thin as a piece of noteboook paper. They also have a caustic smell to them along with a huge crease down the center of one of the shoes. The company responded to only 1 of my 3 emails. Horrible customer service!!
Mandy did not return my other emails.
I have asked for a refund, but as the others have pointed out in the other reviews, the company does NOT refund sale items. K.H.

Don’t buy!!! Really crappy quality, almost as if it’s made from construction paper. And the whole website is always “on sale” meaning when you try to return something they won’t accept it due to their return policy of not being able to accept returns on sale items. Save your money and look for a different brand

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is a scam. They send you a poor quality shoe that looks nothing like the website and it takes so long to deliver. I reached out for a return just like the website says it takes returns and they don’t actually take returns. So again this is a scam don’t order from them.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Took a month to deliver and the quality is so cheap and they have a deformed shape. I have been going back and forth via email with support for weeks because they take days to respond and don’t have a phone number….for them to tell me I cannot return them and no refund. Now I have a POS shoe that cost $40. Terrible company DO NOT BUY THESE

i ordered 2 pair n the quality of the product was cheap and when i inquired about a refund for $60 they said they would not refund me my money we have been going back b forth about this for like 2 weeks w Maddy J i would not recommend you order w this company as the items shown on the website is not what you receive horrible quality to match the horrible customer service now im stuck with some cheap looking clogs could’ve got a better pair from the dollar store n now im out $60 i am also reporting them to the BBB do not shop with Cloggs.com
