Innovative product & fantastic customer service
I genuinely can't praise this company highly enough.
The Cloud Numbers product is fantastic, I have three different landline numbers diverted to various mobiles and the system works first time every time. The product is competitively priced, especially in comparison to BT & it gives prestige of a true landline number for our customers.
Over the course of the last month I've need to contact the customer service team to add additional numbers & diversions, all requests have been handled in an extremely professional manner, literally no matter what of the day or night- Faultless customer service, if only some of our other suppliers were this good!

As a new business, presentation and image goes a long way. I needed a telephone number that will give the company an excellent image rather than using a mobile number.
The issue of cost and infrastructure comes in (I need a number I will be able to move around with me). I did a search on the Internet and discovered CloudNumbers. At first it look to good to be true so I called the company to find out more.
The information received goes beyond my expectation and I was able to get not just one number but had the chance of having five. The service till date has been brilliant.
I have been using this for over 5 months and highly recomend.

Why not?
Like a lot of startups, i was faced with the outlay and monthly cost of phone connection, line rental, broadband, credit card terminal and so on.
About £120 a month plus set up!
With Cloudnumbers, and a couple of other innovative providers, I have geographical phone numbers to my mobile, credit card services ( people don't like to ring mobile numbers and give out their details) and Internet for about £60 per month.
All mobile. Could run my business from the beach!

Awesome service, portable office in my pocket!
Service is great, have 5 landline numbers diverting to my mobile, can advertise locally now and no need to use my mobile number in adverts anymore. Phone has been ringing much more since I switched to CloudNumbers.

Brilliant service, no more BT lines
Amazing service, managed to get rid of my costly BT line and it's portable so people ring my landline and it comes through on my mobile. I don't miss important calls now!!

Excellent service and customer care
really makes a difference other than having a fixed land line in a empty office. Cheaper than my old land line to run.
