Fair price and reasonably happy
I bought my Gaggia Classic coffee machine over 12 months ago but I wanted to wait before I posted any online reviews of this company. Truth is I forgot!
Sure enough something did go wrong with the machine. The steam arm developed a leak. They emailed me and suggested I descale the machine but that didn't help. I telephoned them and they directed me to the Repair center nearby which was nice and everything got fixed under warranty.
Wish it didn't happen but guess it was just my luck. So although Coffeeitalia didn't fix my machine they helped me to get it fixed and I was only without my machine for 2 weeks. Good thing is that it's not leaking and seems to fluff the milk well.
If the price was right I think I would buy from this company again. I feel as though I know them now and everything worked out good.
