Wrong product sent.

I ordered a Thermaltake Tower 600 Racing Green from COLAMCO, but they shipped me a completely different product—a Thermaltake TR100 Mini Case.

What makes this even more frustrating is that my order confirmation and the packing slip both list the correct Tower 600, yet the wrong case was actually delivered. I documented everything with photos.

I immediately submitted an RMA request, contacted customer service through their messaging system, and used their live chat. The only response I received in chat was that "returns is working on it." I later received an email showing my order summary, but it did not address the fact that I was sent the wrong product.

As of this review, I'm still waiting for a resolution. Shipping the wrong product can happen, but the lack of timely communication and follow-up has been very disappointing. I hope they resolve this quickly, but based on my experience so far, I can't recommend ordering from them.
