Excellent products and prompt service
I ordered dressing gowns, and a baby blanket as a present for a friend. They were sent out promptly and arrived with a complimentary candle enclosed. The dressing gowns are lovely and soft and so is the blanket. I have been very impressed, both with the quality of the products and the excellent service.

great quality, quick delivery, friendly service
i have bought two sets of adult bedding, one baby duvet cover and one nightie as a gift. They're all excellent quality which is reflected in the price to an extent but the baby duvet and nightie were really good value for the quality I think and the nightie went down as one of the best gifts I've given my step-mum - she said it was so pretty she was tempted to wear it out.

Arrived well packed and in good time, items as described -candle is lovely.
This is my first order from C & C and I'm delighted with every part of my experience. I liked how easy it was to use the online store as well as getting a paper catalogue which allowed me to browse the products before ordering. The goods arrived as described, quickly [and the delivery service is excellent], well packed and are of the quality I hoped for.

Poor service
The first order was list in transit. After a week the replacement was sent and it was the wrong product. Very disappointing. Have found company difficult to communicate with throughout process. Will be returning product and asking for a refund.

Parcels lost in transit are unfortunately beyond our control. We received notification of this problem on the Monday, a replacement had to be ordered and was delivered to you on the Friday.
We feel that our customer service kept you well informed by phone and mail as to the progress of your order.
As far as we could tell the correct box of Annick Goutal was sent to you but it would seem that the manufacturers placed the wrong fragrance in the box. We do not open boxes of Annick Goutal before sending as they are sealed by the manufacturers.
Again, please accept our apologies for the unfortunate and rare circumstances surrounding your order. We will of course give you a full refund on the goods and shipping.

Blue heaven
I love Cologne and Cotton bedding. It is such good quality, generously sized and washes beautifully. I chose a pretty light blue check because it matches some I bought a few years ago that is still looking great. I love all the patterns/fabrics that they use - very country chic! My order was processed very quickly and it arrived within a couple of days.

Pretty, smooth and super soft
Very nice material. Different character from douvet covers elsewhere, which is why I choose Cologn and Cotton. Smooth, super soft cotton. Minor flaw with the stiching on a pillow case, but otherwise very, very pretty bedding.
Delivery to the Netherlands was quick. The only downside with the delivery (beyond the influence of Cologn and Cotton) was that the delivery company didn't mention who the package was from when they left a failed delivery note. I was therefore unable to mention the name of the sender-company when I collected my pack from a collection point. (They sometimes ask for this when you come to collect an item.) It has caused no problems, however and am very pleased with my purchase.

Cologne and Cotton provides the best range for Bed and Bath
I have moved from other well known brands to Cologne and Cotton for two reasons; fantastic quality range and bed linen that seems to get better with every wash, at realistic prices. Visiting the shops is always enjoyable and the mail order service is first rate.

Traditional, quality goods
I was delighted to find a traditional soft cotton baby shawl here , one without elaborate lace patterning to trap little fingers. Useful, too, to be able to buy quality soap flakes ( plus a corresponding range of baby toiletries ) at the same time , as many mass produced detergents have additives that can irritate delicate skin. Delivery was swift and parcel contents well wrapped, which was fortunate as the courier had been less than careful with the package and it was delivered in a very wet and torn state . This careless handling would be my only complaint about the whole transaction and is the reason for the dropped fifth star.

Beautiful products - my little one is over the moon with the starry sheets on her big girl's bed!
Love everything I ordered from the site - knew I would after seeing a small selection in the Cheltenham shop the other day however. My little girl has just gone into a proper bed and having the pink starry bed linen definitely persuaded her that it really was as special as we had promised her!! Will defintiely be ordering again. Great service, fast delivery etc.

I bought the bright pram cellular blankets in navy blue and lime green. The colours are beautiful, great quality and a good size. Now I want the orange one!

A big baby pillow
The pillow was ordered to replace a very old Cologne and Cotton baby pillow which had come to the end of its life. I recently bought some new pillowcases for it, so when the catalogue said that C & C's baby pillowcases fitted this new half silk, half polyester pillow, I ordered. It is a lovely, very bouncy, giving excellent support. It came with a plain buttoned pillowcase on. But it is quite a bit bigger and fatter than the previous baby pillow and indeed the newish pillowcases.

Good quality at reasonable prices, would like to see more linen though.
I like the products and mostly always buy bed linen from you, but I would like to see a little more in the way of linen as opposed to cotton.
I like the fact that the selection of bedlinen, in terms of patterns, is limited and happens to be to my taste. It feels as though I'm steeping back in time as my grandmother had similar bed linen. Buying essentials feels like a luxury.

Beautiful products and delivery issues resolved very quickly!
I recently ordered a duvet and pillow case set from C&C, which I love! This is the second set of bedding I have ordered from the company, but the first time I have used their online service. Overall, my experience was very positive. There was an issue with delivery due to my full office address not being available to select in the delivery address section of the website. However, after having called in about this, delivery was rearranged and my goods arrived the next working day. I did also email in about the issue with delivery, but this was not responded to - I recommend calling to resolve any issues you may face as the time to resolution is very quick that way!

I have just ordered my second nightdress from this great company. I loved the first one SO much that I literally wore it out, so have replaced it with the same one. Beautiful cotton, soft to wear and not too see through......my treat to me.

Excellent customer services!
Ordered two items for anniversary well in time but for some reason there was a problem with the delivery. I was informed of the problem which I found important communication and as soon as the order arrived at the head office the items were delivered to me. I was made aware too through e-mail that the order was on its way. The items arrived just in time for our anniversary. Really well appreciated.

Lovely quality of linen - Shame about the buttons and button holes
I unpacked the duvet cover and there were loose threads which I then discoverd it cam from the buttons and bitton holes. What a shame!!! I shall be talking to customer services as I have to sew them on

Quality not as good as previous purchases.
The King size fitted sheet that I bought seems enormous and the quality of the cotton sheets is not as good as the cotton sheets that I have bought from here in the past which I have had for years and are still excellent.
