Shocking - Bought Product with extened warranty. Product failed twice in 18months and has currently been away for 5 weeks still no date for repair completion. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Manager said there was no time scale to work to on a repair but it will get repaired..............lolololol aaaaahhh.
