This company is a joke,for less then 24…
This company is a joke,for less then 24 hours after the purchase,they change my delivery date 3 times.That 3-5 working days stand on the website is big fat lie.It takes 2 weeks(if you are lucky)Also the customer service doesn't exist,the phone number is off all day long,all you can do is chat to a useless bot who keep telling you how important you are for them.

I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service throughout the entire process. We informed you that your parcel was dispatched correctly from our warehouse, but unfortunately it was later reported as missing by the carrier. As a result, we have now issued a full refund for your order.
I completely understand how disappointing this must have been. It is extremely unfortunate when a parcel goes missing during transport, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Regarding the two tracking numbers, the first shipping label was unfortunately created incorrectly, so we had to generate a new one. Our system automatically sends notifications for both labels, even though only the second one was actually active. I understand that this may have caused confusion, and I apologize for that as well.
Once again, I am very sorry that your experience with us ended this way, and I hope we will have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

They pushed the delivery date one day at a time and then in the and a full week - don't order from this store inleds you can accept a month long lead time!
