No smartphone or tablet, etc? . . . You're stuffed!
I have used confused.com in recent years for home contents insurance and car insurance. I was able to print my reward coupons and use these with Confused's partners. However, there has been a deterioration in service caused by the company which runs the reward scheme. Rewards can now only be redeemed by installing an app on your smartphone, tablet, etc . . . so, if you don't have a suitable device or wish to download another app to get your vouchers, you're stuffed! I did contact the reward scheme company to explain my plight and, in the words of Mick Jagger " I can't get no satisfaction!" Fairly useless, then. Moneysupermarket, etc . . see you next year? Really disappointing. Bring back printable vouchers!
