Excellent customer service and goods as stated
Having never purchased from this site before I had reservations as you do with any site you've never used before. So, I emailed their customer service department several times with many questions until I was satisfied that I could trust them and that I would receive exactly what I wanted. They responded very quickly each time and their responses were detailed and assuring. I made the purchase and received exactly what they said I would in rapid time.
To sum up.
Brilliant customer service, hats off to Samuel.
Very friendly.
Quick delivery.
Goods as stated.
Cheap and competative price (slightly annoyed due to the fact that the price became even cheaper in a matter of a few days after taking delivery but that's life.)

Great prices
I've never heard of cool shop until a few weeks ago, now I browse their site all the time when looking for the cheapest prices on the latest games. Their prices are very competitive with a lot of big name stores which meant I ordered off them. Also quick response and shipping, thanks.

After the initial doubts using a new company which I'd not really heard of, I was very pleseantly suprised with the service I recieved. It was easy enough to make an account and as easy to order (you were given the obligitory email saying your order had been recieved). Even better was the fact my order (Lego Harry Potter) arrived the day before its release. This is always a bonus in my book. First Class Service
I had never heard of the company before but found them to be the cheapest by far from all the rest so i thought lets give them a go. Boy am i glad I did!! Not only were they the cheapest, £28 for a pre-order PS3 game, when all the other shops and websites were £40+ but they got it delivered to my door the day BEFORE release, the kids were so happy! Top Class Service
Obviously the main reason for buying from coolshop was that the price was better than elsewhere. I was nervous though because I'd never used them before and I know what sort of service I'd get elsewhere. However, one delighted gamesplayer one day later when the post arrived before school. I've been 'burnt' by other unknown companies but I'd definitely recommend coolshop if this is indicative of their service.

delay of order
I ordered 4 items and 2 were delivered in good order within a week but I was told that the others were out of stock and would be delivered once available.3 months later 1 game arrived 4 months later the last of my order was received. All games were good quality but I do not think they should advertise games that will take so long to be stocked.

Great place for pre-ordering!
This was my first time using CoolShop and i pre-ordered FFXIII Collector's Edition. It was dispatched on a Friday and arrived the next day! This is well before the Tuesday release date. I'm glad they use first class delivery and dispatched early.
When the game arrived, the CE box was slightly creased because it came in a standard jiffy bag. I would of preferred if it came in a more secure cardboard box to ensure that the game arrived undamaged, like other stores use. This is especially important with a collector's edition.
One thing that could be improved is that it would be nice to receive an email stating the game had been dispatched, as a little notification.
Overall, great service and i would use them again! I loved the cheap offer that the game was at.

Wouldn't usually waste my time doing a review...
However on this occasion I felt compelled as the service is excellent, ordered FF13 CE PS3 for £50, £20 less than everywhere else! In addition I received it on the Saturday before it's release date on the Tuesday! Will definitely be using Coolshop again. Carlsberg don't make online game shops but if they did...

Preorder with coolshop
I was a bit worried when I found the coolshop website only reason being was I never really knew who they where and was afraid as you hear of so many bad things about the internet so after a very long internet search on coolshop reviews( which wasn't many) I decided to give them a go so I pre ordered Final Fantasy 13 collectors edition for my sons birthday which was around £10-£15 cheaper than well known companies . A WOW on delivery , price and ease of use.
I admit I had never heard of Coolshop until my friend put me on to them.
Ihad been a devote Play.com man in the past.
I bought a PC game Assassins Creed 2 with Coolshop on a pre-purchase and the were the cheapest I could find by about £3 ! The product arrives 8AM on the release date of the game.

Faster than Play.com
Ive been dissappointed with play recently, these guys did it cheaper, faster and the product was working as it should. My friends game was from play, arrived late and when he tried to play the disk it failed, so a return on the cards! Ok, EA's fault but just added to the misery. I pre-ordered BFBC2 From coolshop on 03 march for its release date on the 5th, coolshop state they will try to get all preorders with you for day of release. So imagine my surprise and satisfaction when i recieved the game the following day at the cheapest price on the net.

royal mail fault?

I ordered a Wii fit plus board and just dance game on a friday night and it came by courier tuesday morning. I was so impressed by the service communication and price!!! Everything has came in excellent order packed great, it took me longer to unpack the board than it did to use it!!

I must admit I was a little put off by reviews on this and other sites, but people seem to rarely give credit where credit is due so I thought I would post a review!

Modern Warfare 2 not delievered
Myself a colleagues ordered this game well before release date and nothing arrived. 3 very unhappy customers. Now I'm trying to cancel the order, so I can order from a site that can actually keep up with demand of big releases.
Next problem, I can't actually cancel the order as no cancel button being shown. Tried e-mailing and contacting customer service numerous of times but had no reply or answer.

Advertised MW2 for £26 but couldn't deliver
Terrible company, advertised COD:MW2 for £26 as a price match to Sainsburys but couldn't deliver at that price, cancelled everybody's order after taking credit card and personal details. Avoid, cannot be trusted. Cancelling orders on their website is said not to work well also.

Highly Recommend!
Didnt know anthing about the company but decided to give it a go seein as they had the cheapest pre order price for modern warefare 2. it came through b4 the release date and before any of my friends who all paid more. i had people messaging me asking where the hell i pre ordered from! i couldnt be happier with the service and at the cheapest price too. A+++++++

Simply The Best
Like the previous reviewer I to ordered Call of Duty MW2 and it arrived 7th November, days before its release date, and the cheapest by far. This is great service and the contact from them is 1st Class. I had never used them before but they will be first on my list for all future purchases. My son thinks Coolshop is just the best site ever as he is the envy of all his mates. Must admit my mates are a bit peeved that I'm off and running on it aswell as they continue for at least the next couple of days on COD4.By the way its fantastic,see you on line

FAULTLESS
I ordered the prerelease Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for my son earlier this week. I received email confirmation and another email a couple of days later to say it was being packaged and would be with me in time for release. It is not due for release until 10 November so imagine the surprise when it arrived in the post today, Saturday 7th!!!! I now have one VERY happy Son who is the envy of all his friends. I would recommend 100%.

AWSOME
No business can match there prices, and the customer service is outstanding, quick replies. They have also quickly adapted to the circumstances given by the RM postal stike. I will be using this site for all my game purchases from now on :D

great all round service and always one of the cheapest with every title
Have ordered from Coolshop a couple times, where they've delivered very quickly and seemed professional throughout the whole process. I've also ordered Modern Warfare 2 from them, as they seem to comfortably have the cheapest price on the market, while also promising to deliver before or by the release date.
Better than queueing outside shops for hours to get it by midnight for at least a tenner more lol

Quick Response & Excellent Price
Coolshop were selling Modern warfare 2 360 for £37.98 which was by far the cheapest price I could find - first seen on hotukdeals.com.
I sent an email asking if this was correct and to clarify when it will be delivered + wanted to know when they take my money. I received a response within 15mins which answered all my questions!
I've ordered the game - I just hope I will receive this on the day of release as they mentioned in their email! :-)
