This company has a UK website, but is based in Spain. I'm still waiting for my small photocopying order after two working weeks. I don't understand why Copykrea takes orders from UK customers, who are bound to be dissatisfied with high postage costs and long delays. Spanish customers of this firm seem happy - why not stick to servicing domestic customers?
Awful experience, I placed my order more then 2 weeks ago, my emails were not answered and the man on the phone lied to me saying my order had been shipped. After it hasn't been delivered again for 3 days I called again and the woman finally admitted that it hasn't even been printed yet. As emails stay unanswered I had to escalate the case to the PayPal customer protection to hopefully get my money back. Very unprofessional company and overall a very unpleasant experience
