I placed an order two days ago for a costume that was shown to be in stock and paid for priority shipping. It was guaranteed to arrive by tomorrow, but other than the initial email confirming my order I had not received an email regarding any shipping information so I decided to call to check the status of my order. My call was immediately sent to a voicemail so I called back several times, each having the same result. Eventually I decided to use the online chat feature from their website and was able to finally speak with someone. After waiting about ten minutes for the customer service agent to check the status of my order she told me that the costume I ordered was no longer in stock, but that she did the same costume in a much larger size if I would like that one instead. I immediately requested a cancellation confirmation to be sent to my email. About 30 minutes later I received a phone call letting me know that they did sell out of the costume and that as previously stated they had a larger size or they also had a similar costume in the same size if I would like to go ahead with my order. I am very disappointed by the overall situation because I am wondering when they were going to tell me that they didn't have the costume I ordered, especially since it was due to arrive tomorrow. If they sold out of the costume over the weekend I think that two days would have been sufficient time to notify their customer that their order would not be arriving so that they could either cancel or order something else. I see no reason why I had to call and check the status of my order, but thankfully I did! BEWARE of this company...sometimes unbelievable prices are really too good to be true. Hopefully, if you decide to purchase anything from this company it will work out better for you.
Don't buy from here. They don't update their site inventory so costume I bought was out of stock even though it showed available. They sent me a totally different outfit than what I ordered in the wrong size to boot. It took a good 10 days to get them to send return shipping label (and about 4 phone calls) and another 2 weeks to get a refund. Half the time they don't answer the phone. Steer clear!
I ordered a costume and was charged for it, 16 days before halloween. There was a problem with my order and here is the email I received.

Under this was a standard reciept, here is what I ordered, what I was charged, etc.
Way down below in the fine print it says that my item is unavailable.
10 days later I received my money back on my credit card. This is very poor customer service to not clearly and boldly state that I would not be receiving my item. Please do not use this merchant until they learn to actuallly care about their customers
