Very happy with service
I was completely satisfied with my order. I ordered lots of items for my son's birthday party, and received every single one of them. The items were carefully packaged, even the pack of candles was in a bubble bag so they wouldn't break. I bought some nice small toys for favor bags, and other items, that cost me a fraction of the cost compared to other stores. Everything was superb quality, and shipped within 2 days. I am very happy and will use this site again for my future needs.

giftless
I ordered a costume on Jan. 26th as a gift for a party on February 2nd - today. I paid extra for express shipping (3-5 business days) so that I would have it in time. The party is in two hours and now my son has to show up empty-handed. Very disappointed with the service.

Not reliable
I ordered a costume on Monday night and paid an additional fee for expedited shipping (3-5 days) to receive it by Saturday and the item didn't arrive until Tuesday the following week. Needless to say I didn't have the costume for the party and I was thoroughly disappointed. Didn't even open the package. Just sent it back.

Dishonest company with no customer service
I ordered the "Burlesque Babe" costume for halloween this year, and it arrived on 10/24/12 with a broken zipper. I emailed that day for an RA, called 2 days later and left a message since no one answered the phone, and emailed the RA request form again a few days after that. As of today, 11/09/12, I haven't recieved any reply from them, I am stuck with a costume I can't wear, and out $100.00. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and have been advising everyone I know to avoid them.

Great quality for price
I ordered some inflatable pirate swords for my 3 year old and 1 year old sons' birthday party. The shipping was super fast and the product was great quality, especially since each sword was under $1. I found the same sword on other sites for much higher! The kids loved them.
Much better alternative than hard plastic swords in the hands of 8 3 year old boys!
I did not have a single problem with the company. Check out was easy and they got my order correct. Satisfied customer! :)

Cute pet costumes!
I was browsing around online looking for a cute Halloween costume for my pet Chihuahua since they are so hard to find in October. Every year I am always disappointed with the selection I see in my local stores. I saw the cutest taco costume and it was reasonably priced. When it came in the mail I was so excited to try it on him. He looks adorable in it! I can't wait to show him off at my Halloween party this fall. I will defiantly come back to this site for a costume of my own. I really hope I can find something so we can match!

The only place that had what I needed
I needed to find a party pack for a graduation party, and buying the pieces separate at a local store would have been too costly. I was able to get everything I needed (decorations, plates, napkins, etc) and even found some matching wrapping paper to complete the theme. I was very happy with the reasonable prices and shipping, and would defiantly use them again. I saw a few football themed packs that would be perfect for my husband’s birthday. If you like their Facebook page they often have coupons, I was able to get a great discount by doing so.

I ordered Dorothy shoes for our local school production of Wizard of Oz. My daughter wears Size 8, which is what I ordered. She couldn't begin to get her foot into them. They're more like a Size 6 or 6 1/2. There's a restocking fee of 15%, which I'll be stuck with when they're sizing is incorrect....

Unsatisfied
I ordered stuff for my sons first birthday, Was to be 16 of each item, turns out it was 16 napkins and spoons/forks. Everything else was 8. I have been trying to contact them with the # provided on their website but all you can do is leave a message. The answering service doesn't even say where you are calling. I am still trying to get my money back.

Pretty good service
Sorry for writing the review a bit late....as I ordered from them about a month or so back for Halloween costumes for my family. Good selection on display. Realized they had lots of licensed costumes, and got some super hero costumes for my kids (not for me, lol).
Anyway, items came in a timely fashion, sizes were correct, and we were all happy campers. Will order again next halloween, or if the need arises in between.

Very nice products and service
I ordered a costume for my son and got one for myself while I was at it. Never got these kinds of products online before, but and really happy with the service. Selection was excellent, with tons of costumes on offer. They shipped on time, and I had the costumes 2 days later. Will recommend them to my family and friends.

Easy ordering of quality costumes
I am one of those persons who likes to order stuff WAY before the holidays, bdays or any occasion. Same for halloween costumes for me and my family. Searched online, and found that costumeparty.com has a HUGE selection of halloween costumes - in fact thousands. Also, as they mention, it appears they have most major licenced costumes.
Ordered 4 and got them within 4 business days after ordering. Items were packaged well, and all of us did try on the sizes, and they are close to perfect. I am a happy camper for sure!

Excellent quality costumes and fast shipping!
I have never ordered a costume online before, so was a bit skeptical. Was looking for a Captain America costume, and searched on google, and landed on their site. Took a chance and placed an order. The costumes they carry seem to be all licensed products, and pictures were high quality.
Received the costume 3 days after I placed the order, and was very pleased, to say the least. Item was packaged well, was of excellent quality, and the size fits me perfect (I can take credit for that, as I placed an order for the right size :) )
Overall, very happy with my purchase, and will order my halloween costume from them as well in Oct.

Very poor communication
The item I ordered arrived to my house damaged and I went on the website and there is not a phone number listed anywhere to contact this company (Costume Party). The only way they want you to communicate with them is via email. So, I did the return request and explained I needed a RTM # and I would like to replace the product. I waited a week and I got no response so I emailed them again asking them to please response and told the story all over again. It's been 10 days now and still no response. I checked my spam folder in my email and there is nothing. I do know that this company sent me a receipt via email immediately after I made my order and a email saying the items were being shipped. So I know that there emails get through to my inbox. This is very frustrating and quite annoying to have a damaged product and no way to return it because they won't respond. I would never order from this company again.

No phone number on web site to call for questions, left email message to talk to a customer service rep no answer back. The costume was not delivered on time for my sons bday party. Need to return costume but no number to call. Communication is very very low!!!! Costume was in great condition but too late for party.

Better than I expected!
I ordered the bowling pin sippy cups as favors for my daughters bowling birthday party. CostumeParty had them available for the best price. I was apprehensive about ordering as I expected they would be a little on the small, and cheap side. They were neither...they're durable, clean and big. They're going to be great. I read another review and the lady said she used a stencil and sharpie to personalize them. I tried it and it worked great.
