Gave them one last chance. They Blew it
I ordered from Cotton traders reluctantly because I had a bad experience on my last order with refunds. But gave them one more go. T-shirt i ordered was huge so i drove 25 minutes to nearest CT to see if they had a different size. No T-shirts at all in store. So I asked for refund. Suppose to appear in 3-5days. Now at 8 days - no refund to be seen.

Ordered from catalogue, prompt delivery but article was not to my liking when I saw it.
I returned it to my nearest store and received an almost immediate refund.

Coat was ordered 4/9. Email 7/9 saying Evri had my coat and would email me when out for delivery. 8 days later I had still not received it. Phoned Cotton Traders and they said if I didn’t have it by tomorrow night to phone them again. Half hour later got an email to say it would be delivered between 7-8pm. 7.35email saying it had been delivered. What they should have said, dumped on doorstep and no doorbell rung
