Rubbish customer service, but cruises are good

I have been on 2 cruises now with Cruise Miles over the past 2 years and up to now I have not been able to fault them or Cruisemiles, but this time round it has been horrendous, they will not reply to emails, and if they do, the answers are vague and unhelpful. Cruisers are still waiting for their cruise documents to be issued with less than 3 weeks to go before sailing, leaving little or no time to book reasonable flights & hotels and make other arrangements....Not sure what is going on with them but they are going down hill fast, and will definately need to get their act together if they want to win more awards this year and carry on living the dream.

Wonderful value for the money!

Just came back from my first cruise booked through Cruisemiles. I honestly saved hundreds of dollars, and could not have paid for one vacation day at a hotel with what I paid for this four night cruise.

The Norwegian Sky crew and the whole experience was fantastic.

There is good reason that Cruisemiles has won awards for best travel website business! Check it out!

Horrible Service overall!!! Very unprofessional, lack of courtesy and disorganized system.

This is the worst service I have received. This company send me wrong roll call info and failed to emailed me correct one. Their system had an error which they comfirmed by sending out an email. I never received my correct roll call after I already did Stage I and II correctly. They would not get me on the cruise even though it was an error on their part. I am talking to other customers that have the same issue with cruisemiles...

Worst dustomer service in the cruise business?

They delete, already confirmed booking, without any notice or explanation. Refuses to answer mails and to try to clear out the mess they create. The only response to mail is rude ones like "don't send any more mails".

There is no better than Cruise Miles

What a great find. Love Cruise Miles. I first stumble across this fantastic company in 2009 and haven't looked back since. We have had our 2 cruise mile trips already and have another 2 cruises booked. We never hesitate to recommended them both to family and friends or as a matter of fact , to anyone.. Although there are at times some last minute specials, in most cases you are booking at least 12-15 months out. I like this as it gives me ample opportunity to research and possibly extend my trip. If you are reading this and are still unsure, do your research ask questions on the forum and hopefully you will be converted to this new affordable way of travel. You may book every 120 days but can purchase at auction whenever you like. Good Luck & May you have many happy sailings.. Bon Voyage

This is a great company to join, there is no fee to join, infact they give you FREE cruisemiles to join ! Its a bit like collecting airmiles but only cruises instead !
We will never cruise with any other company again, the rewards programme is great and it opens up cruiseing for everyone especially those on a budget.
You can buy your cruise miles or bid for them in the auctions or you can earn your cruisemiles when shopping and booking through certain companies.
More and more families are now cruising and this is the company to go with.

My husband was drooling over the building of Royal Caribbean's 'Oasis' on the TV programme Mighty Ships when I told him I had booked us on the sister ship Allure of the Sea. I don't think I have ever seen him lost for words before. He could not believe I had booked us for a 7 day trip round the Caribbean and upgraded to an outside cabin for under £700. Neither of us had ever imagined we would be able to afford a cruise, let alone sail off on the largest cruise ship in the world! We sailed from Fort Lauderdale and only when we were actually moving did my husband believe it wasn't some sort of misunderstanding! The whole week was absolutely brilliant and we loved every minute of it. At dinner we met two other couples from the USA and Canada and found they had both purchased cruise vouchers too. Experienced cruiser themselves they were amazed we had cruised on The Allure for our very first cruise. Needless to say it will not be our last! Special thanks to the cruise mile staff who steered us through the process and answered our many emails quickly and long sufferingly!

Cruise of a Lifetime - Simply the Best

Our Cruise with Cruisemiles was our once in a lifetime holiday. We planned ahead and Cruisemiles made it all happen. Simple to book, the lead up to our sailing date was exhilerating - just so exciting. We were alotted our cabin on our Girl - " Rhapsody of the Seas". We travelled through the Hawaiian Islands and onto Vancouver, Canada. The whole experience from boarding the ship to sailing away was easy and overwhelmingly awesome. Cruiemiles surprised us to no end ; by placing some onboard Credit into our Ship account. What can l say !!! To anyone out there use Cruisemiles; ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. We will with no hesitation be using Cruiemiles in the next couple of years. Simply the Best.

Most exciting Cruise Site I've Ever Used

It was over two years ago when I first stumbled across Cruisemiles.com and it was with great trepidation we purchased our first voucher. Two years on we have enjoyed two cruises through Cruisemiles, have two others booked and I can't speak highly enough of them. The range of cruises are excellent, extremely affordable and the service has been fast, professional and friendly. Before you book with anyone else make sure you check out Cruisemiles first - the savings are substantial!

Cruisemiles the exception to "If it seems to good to be true it is"

My wife laughed when I told her that I had just secured a voucher on ebay. "you've be conned, no one gets a cruise for that". How wrong that turned out to be. We enjoyed our first cruise so much we could not wait to book the next. Cruisemiles were helpful and reassuring and delivered 'Just what it says on the tin' We sat quite and smug at the dinning table when others revealed how much they had paid for the same.

CruiseMiles was GREAT

We went on a cruise with Cruise Miles after buying a voucher, and from an extensive choice picked Carnival Victory from San Juan February 2012. The booking process was easypeasy, Cruise Miles e-mailed us exactly when they said they would and the check in online was no problem. They are a very well organized and fun company, so much so that we have since booked 4 more cruises. We loved the Victory - she was a beauty- , the food. the new friends, the cabin, staff and entertainment were all super. Every place we visited was enormous fun and we just loved being on deck every evening as we pulled out of port. We are so pleased we found the CruiseMiles website and would recommend them.

Cruisemiles changed my life...really.

I was surfing through EBAY one day years ago when I found cruise vouchers for sale. I was quite skeptical since they seemed too good to be true. I booked my first cruise and kept waiting for a problem. Absolutely none arose. Since that first purchase and cruise, I have purchased many Cruisemiles and booked some wonderful trips. Cruisemiles changed my life in that now my biggest restriction to cruising is my schedule - not the cost. Everyday I check out the offerings, and love vicariously dreaming about each new destination appearing. I also have made some terrific new friends from throughout the world - both from my cruises and from the Cruisemiles chat group (FORUM). I have always found the staff willing to bend over backwards to answer questions and help out - even bending the rules at times. I hope that the company never gets so big that this personal touch is lost.

Hooked on cruising

Living in Australia and being pensioners, I spent many sleepless nights trying to 'hook' onto a cruise where we could use our voucher and afford to fly to the departure point. Finally after securing a cruise from New Jersey to Puerto Rico we decided to build a three months' holiday in the US and Caribbean around it. What fun the next 6 months were planning our journey, sites to see and cheap accommodation with flight specials across the world.
However the highlight of the whole trip was that wonderful cruise on the Celebrity Summit from 23-29 October 2011. Visiting places we had only dreamed of, Bermuda, St Thomas, St John and then discovering the beauties of San Juan, making so many onboard friends with whom we stay in touch, the world class entertainment, the amazing crew and especially the non-stop banquets, snacks and surprise treats!
Thank you Cruisemiles. We could never have done this this without your voucher and now I am spending hours each day trying to win an auction to build up cruisemiles so we can experience another trip before we expire as we are well and truly hooked! Have now purchased cruisemiles ready for our next cruise.

MY 1ST CRUISEMILES CRUISE

This was a med cruise on the Adventure of the Seas sailing out of Malaga on 26th May 2012.

We had no cruises booked for this year so when I saw this on a milesdrop auction decided to go for it. It was Royal Carribean, my second favourite cruise line after Celebrity. As all you CM'S know I got this for a great price - it was a balcony cabin too! As it was our first CM trip you wonder what the differences might be - NONE AT ALL! The only difference is the price!!!!!!!!!!! lower than we have ever paid before
We had been to most of the ports before - but decided on this one to explore the local ports instead of Rome and Florence - this was really enjoyable and made it a relaxing holiday!
I am now encouraging all and sundry to join Cruisemiles - WHAT GOOD VALUE

I have a cruise from Dubai to Barcelona to look forward to next April, and very soon the European Cruise Party from Amsterdam to Southampton - both courtesy of cruisemiles.
Now looking forward to booking more cruises...........

I was a little worried that I had wasted, yet again, money on a so called good vacation deal. To my delight my worries were unfounded. Once I recieved my voucher I looked for a cruise. The process was so easy even a caveman (LOL) could do it. Booking was simple then came the wait......I was so anxious to go on my cruisemiles cruise. The rollcall came up and I was ready to go. Checkin went smoothly and everything proceeded as planned. My Transatlantic experience would never had happened if it hadn't been for the great folks at CruiseMiles.com. I can't wait for my next cruise!

A second cruise on "Millie" using Cruisemiles

We used Cruisemiles to book a second cruise on Celebrity Millennium, this time Feb. 25th, 2012. My wife brought two of her sisters and their husbands along, and one of her sisters also used Cruisemiles to book. The booking process went very smoothly, and we had our confirmation from Celebrity and were able to check in online well before the cruise. The cruise miles staterooms cost less than half of what the cheapest discount cruise retailers were charging. We even had a nice gift waiting for us in our cabin compliments of Cruisemiles !

Jan. 8th, 2012 - Adventure of the Seas - Southern Caribbean

My wife and I have cruised quite a few times. Most of our voyages have been on the U.S. West Coast. This was to be our first time in the Caribbean. We were not disappointed.

We arrived a day early, in Puerto Rico. What a lovely Island. We spent the day at the beach before boarding the vessel.

Day 1 Found us at the U.S. Virgin Island of St. Thomas.

We enjoyed a catamaran boat ride and snorkeling in the pristine aqua blue sea.

Day 2 Was spent at St. Kitts.

My wife had always wanted to try a zip line. We were in luck and even lived to tell about it.

Day 3 Was at sea.

It was a great time to relax by the pools, and just soak in the sun.

Day 4 We discovered Aruba.

Not being up on my geography, I was surprised to find out we were only 15 miles from Venezuela and the tip of South America.

Today’s adventure took us to three dive sites where we explored a sunken German WWII vessel, Sea turtles and under water caves.

Later that night we were invited to be guests at the Captain’s table in the main dining room. An experience we will long remember. So very cool.

Day 5 Was at the nearby Island of Curacao.

This was our most relaxed and unplanned day. We hired a taxi to take us to a remote beach and arranged for him to come pick us up 4 hours later. The only thing better would have been if we had remembered to bring the sun block. We had spent most of the time face down floating (snorkeling) and by time we got back to the ship, these two tourists from Utah were fried. We were white on our fronts and red on our backs. It was worth it.

Day 6 Was another well needed “At Sea” day.

We came home rested and eager to sail again.

Thanks to Cuisemiles and the 20K giveaway, we will be in Alaska next year.

When you use cruisemiles.com you can not find a cheaper cruise anywhere believe me I tried. I have been using them for several years now. What a way to get a cruise for pennies on the dollar. I use to go on one cruise a year. This year I am on four cruise and next year I booked six with Cruisemiles.com. The price line negotiator has nothing on the deals at cruisemiles. Deals I can't even call them that because the price is like I am STEALING THE CRUISES. CHECK IT OUT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED I DID AND WILL NOT BOOK TRAVEL ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

Cruising with added smiles

I first came across cruisemiles back in 2009 when they were still cruisevouchers, and I nervously took the plunge and purchased my first voucher from eBay. I booked my first cruise, a transatlantic crossing from Miami to Rome, for our honeymoon in April 2010 and then spent months worrying that it was all too good to be true - surely we couldn't really cruise for that price? Well, it was true, there were no catches and we spent two weeks on board relaxing in the lap of luxury, the perfect honeymoon and we couldn't have afforded it otherwise. We were treated exactly the same as the full-paying guests. That was it, we were hooked, and I soon purchased more vouchers and booked a Mediterranean cruise which we took in Oct 2011. Once again, a luxurious yet affordable holiday. I've watched with interest as the company has evolved from the original vouchers to the current miles system, expanding and constantly coming up with new ideas without losing its ideals - there's now a thriving online forum where you can chat to like-minded cruise enthusiasts who can answer pretty much any question you might have about cruising (or anything else for that matter), as well as an in-house auction site to feed your growing addiction. There's a good reason why so many of Richard's customers feel compelled to sing his praises and spread the word. I already have another two cruises booked and can't wait to see what comes up next.

Two great bargain cruises, and one to come soon!

We have taken two cruises using cruisemiles.com. Both have been perfect. The first was a beautiful Mexican Riviera cruise on Norwegian Star and the second was a Western Caribbean cruise on the amazing Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas. And both were total bargains, and we have another one booked from New Orleans in February. Now I just need to find our fourth!

unbelievable but true

purchased the cruise voucher with much hesitation and alarm. reading several posts from other websites was unsure of the validity and worthiness of such a deal.made the airline reservations well in advance with much intrepidation.But as described reservations for the cruise arrived in time for a great cruise and a fantastic cabin for the price 15 days celebrity panama cruise for my young son and i for less than 300 dollars. i cannot say enough of good things for cruisemiles gave me faith in the honesty of men i hope all companies follow their lead and make customers estatic again about cruising thank you cruisemiles.

We have never looked back . 5* celebrity Eclipse transatlantic crossing in a delux balcony stateroom was our last adventure. Port of Miami 21st April 2012 - Southampton May 4th 2012 ..our next adventure awaits in the southern carribean. Richard &Dave are amazing!

Excellent value for money

We took a cruise using these vouchers in May 2011 and it was excellent value. When I looked at the normal cruise line website, the 'rack rate' was more than double what we paid. I know there are cheap deals on the net, but I think this was still a better deal - especially when you consider that the voucher is for 2 people !! We've already used more vouchers to book a longer cruise in 2012 and another one, further away, for early 2013. I think this is just a great product. I'd also like to mention the staff, who provide a very professional and friendly service. Best wishes to all for 2012.

Went on 2 cruises booked through Cruise Miles

Cruise Miles allowed me to get top quality cruises at great prices. I recently sailed on the Carnival Freedom and Carnival Imagination, which I booked through Cruise Miles. I was very impressed particularily with the entertainment on these ships. These were my first cruises (with Cruise Miles or otherwise), and I plan on booking many more. The service recieved from customer support is prompt and friendly, and a wide range of different cruise lines and ports of call are available, including some exotic itineraries.
