I don't like to write negative reviews. Perhaps it's a bad day or management has created a situation that employees have to deal with. However, this was a situation that was out of a 1970s sitcom. I will leave out the details as it would be repeating what was said frequently in other reviews. Also, shame on me for not looking at the reviews before my interaction with this "company " or whatever it is. Let me state that, in my opinion you should NEVER purchase anything from Cur8trend. It will very likely go badly and recourse is nonexistent.

This is biggest fraudulent Co. I have ever had the miss pleasure to deal with!
My problem I didn't research reviews of cur8Trend before buying!
Order placed Sept 23 2026 received Oct 24 2026 after much haggling with rep by E mail.
Now Nov 29 26 can not hear about refund and refund to CC.
Ordered Blood glucose A1C finger meter and received a Pulse Ox finger meter, at high price of$39.96

Bought a phone charger. The plug is not even for Australia. It’s an American plug. They told me I have to buy an adapter.

Do not order from this company! I repeat do not order! I placed an order for the Non - Invasive Glucose monitor which is what was advertised but was sent a Pulse monitor. I requested a refund since I did not get the Glucose monitor and they replied they would only refund me $6.00 even though I paid 43.27!! This is a scam! False advertisement!! I have reported them.

I ordered two glucose monitors and I received two pulse readers instead!

I told them it is not a matter of new or old model, IT IS THE WRONG PRODUCT !!!

If I could give them a zero star review I would but, it’s not an option. I ordered an advent calendar that was advertised as having full size construction vehicles but, in stead it has flat Christmas ornaments and look nothing like the advertised product. The company has offered to refund me $5 and then $10 and I said no as it’s not as advertised and want to return the item for a full refund and now they want me to ship it back to China when in fact it was shipped from NJ. This company is a fraud and a scam from my experience. Customer service is less than satisfactory. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company. My recommendation is do not purchase anything from this dishonest company.

My Wife ordered a blood glucose monitor. They grabbed the money but sent her a blood oxygen & heart rate monitor. ARRIVED ON 15/10/26. The contact phone number belongs to a lady in Victoria but the sending address is a mechanical workshop in Padstow NSW. which also doesn't seem to be legit. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS & HAVE BEEN REPORTED MANY TIMES.

Scammers!! I ordered a glucose meter too and instead received a cheap pulse ox today. I ask þa refund I paid 46. You offer a 4þ dollars refund. i didn't know until I read all these reviews and understand now. I have been emailingbthem too but now it seems I got scammed and learned the hard way.

I made a purchase from this company in the amount of 39.95. They sent the wrong item. After a week of emails and multiple pictures sent to them they said that according to their records they sent the correct item. The most they will refund me is $8, and keep the cheap item that I will throw in the trash. This company is a scam!!!

Won't let me put zero. I was scammed as I see many others have also. Classic "bait and swtch" scheme. Ordered rust remover aerosol foaming can and got pump spray grease and lube! Now they want to send me $11.00 back on a sixty some dollar order. NOT HAPPENING.

This company does not sell quality products like it advertisers. It's cheap for China and on top of that i sent it back to the address they told me to send it too wasting $23 and when I asked where my refund is they told me I sent it back to the wrong address and therefore we cant refund your $112. Totally disgusting of this business

The company give wrong information about the Items and also the company takes twice money twice.

This happens with me twice but don’t k ow what to do.

I am on pension but stuck with cheat company please please don’t order any thing from this company.

In advertisement the show the finger test device with four function BP , oxygen , BP and Bliod Sugar.

I am diabetic and needed the device for regular check up and I ordered but received the wrong item.

I ordered a glucose testing machine. They sent a cheap pulse measuring machine. Every time I emailed requesting return information/credit/ shipment of correct item, they replied with the same string of irrelevant standard emails. They are a scam outfit DO NOT BUY from them!

This company is an absolute joke I didn’t get what I ordered it was not as advertised and didn’t do what I wanted it to do
I as asked for a refund and all they kept offering me a partial refund which was 5 USD and they finally went up to 10 USD which is about 7 GBP but when I paid about 28 GBP plus shipping that’s a joke

My electronic item arrived, totally lacking what the description said. It will not check blood glucose levels, it was not even on the item. The ad on Facebook is totally misleading. I am contacting Facebook to tell them about my experience. Do not use this company, it is a scam and you will not get what you ordered and you definitely will not get a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

The projector is a total piece of garbage. Thier advertising is complete lies.

Completely agree with all the other comments. Do not purchase anything from this company rip off. How can nothing be done about this crappie company. Buyer beware!!!! Disappointed and disgusted

I didn’t get what I ordered. Got some cheap square lights with no base and one doesn’t work. Stay away!!
