Fantastic service from start to finish!
I wanted the Swarovski Spiral Ring (having seen it in the Justin Timberlake Video), sold out in all Swarovski shops and online so got in touch with David Shuttle to pre-order. The gentleman on the phone was great, informed me of delivery time (predicted end of June) I ordered online and the ring arrived on the 14th June! 2 weeks earlier than anticipated - great product and service!

outstanding customer support
I received an e-mail saying that the payment cannot get through as it is more than 110% of my order with my preferred shipping method added. One phone call and the order was shipped the same day. A different company would not have wasted their time on such a small order. This personal service was much appreciated.

Not problem free but dealt with and resolved well.
I was sent the wrong number of items but when I queried it I received polite and helpful support and the issue was solved with excellent customer service. I was initially disappointed but was impressed with how I was dealt with. The customer service has made the difference between me going elsewhere and using David Shuttle again, which I will do.

Meeting your expectations is our main priority and looking into your order this morning I can see that it was placed at 11pm on 27th May using our Standard Delivery Service. We quote that this service can take up to five working days for delivery. Your order was dispatched on the 31st May and DHL successfully delivered the parcel on the 3rd June, which was the fifth working day.
I am sorry if you were disappointed with this time frame as meeting your expectations is of paramount importance to us. For a quicker service I would recommend using our Next Working Day or Named Working Day delivery service should items be required sooner than five working days.

An enjoyable way to spend money!!
I found the website easy to use and had no difficulty completing my order. My only surprise was that the payment didn't leave my account that day or the next - I requested a specific day delivery 4 days after order - a quick call to check if there was a problem sorted that one out - payment to be collected at the time of dispatch. Goods arrived in perfect condition exactly when expected. As simple and perfect a transaction as possible to have.

Forget the rest, these are THE BEST!!!
I ordered a watch from these guys that was 50% of the price I would have to pay in Australia. It arrived in less than a week and had so much packaging it could have survived a nuclear explosion!!! Could not be happier and would definitely buy from this company again. I cannot recommended them more highly. If you buy from this company you will not be disappointed.

Top quality from a Top Company!
Ordered an Anniverary gift for my wife from David Shuttle over the phone, the lady I spoke too (sorry I can't remember your name) was extremely helpfull in assisting me to place the order.
I was told that the posting slot had been missed for that day but I would recieve it in two days, I didn't have a problem with this, so imagine my suprise when it arrived the next day!

Could not find this item in the US.
Many years ago we admired Cumbria Crystal and could not afford the luxury. Twenty years later, things are better and we decided to hopefully locate Cumbris Crystal once again. We found David Shuttle on the Internet and were quite pleased with our reception. We are presently in the process of upgrading our crystal and Cumbria is simply not available in the US. David Shuttle to the rescue!

Exceptional service.
I'm very impressed by David Shuttles service. I needed more of the same glasses that I had received as a gift and found them too expensive when I looked in the shops. I looked on line and found them very reasonable priced with David Shuttle. The communication was very good. The glasses were very well packaged with a lovely letter and some little chocolates as a gift. I wouldn't normally take the time to leave feedback but in this case I felt I had to. Exceptional!

Great service and stunning earings!!!!
I needed earrings, to match a necklace I had borrowed from my soon to be mother in law, for my wedding day. I soon found the perfect pair on the David Shuttle site and was even happier when I realised they were on offer.

First class service
The item arrived damaged . I called to report this and the lady who dealt with my complaint was very helpful and within minutes she had arranged a pick up of the faulty item and ordered a replacement for me which arrived 24 hours later. I will use David Shuttle again without any hesitation.

This is an exceptionally good Company to deal, who sells "TOP OF THE LINE MERCHANDISE" at reasonable prices and with speedy shipping... :-)
I am delighted to have found this Company "David Shuttle", to fulfil my needs for some of my "Special" On-Line shopping..!!..
Their Staff are very courteous and go out of their way to meet my requirements...
The first Order I placed with them was amazing, in that they "bent-over-backwards" to
get me the merchandise I URGENTLY needed..!!.. I thought I had placed an order with them the previous week and then discovered, at the last minute - before going on Holiday, that I had not placed the order after all...
It was time for me to panic..!!..
They kindly took my order at 2:00pm, with a promise to try and get the package out that day... The package had to arrive the next day, in that we were leaving the following morning on an early flight to New Zealand for our Anniversary Celebration... :-)
The next morning, by 10:30am., the package which contained all of my merchandise, arrived safe and sound... The "Gift Wrapping" I had requested, was beautifully done in quality gift wrap with - lovely bows and ribbons..!!..!!..!!..
I cannot begin to "Thank" them enough, for significantly contributing to our
Wedding Anniversary celebrations..!!..

Excellent service and customer care
I have used David Shuttle several times and each time has been more than satisfactory. All items I bought were beautifully packaged for travel and have arrived completely intact. Each order was accompanied by a tiny box of chocolate as a 'thank-you' which I thought was a delightful special touch. I will certainly continue to be a customer because their service is so good and they make you feel very special.

Exceptional service.
I ordered on a Wednesday morning and the Swarovski item was delivered Thursday midday. I was sent a email after my order was placed and again to tell me it had been dispatched. It was very well packaged and to top it all there were two chocolates included free. The item was also easily the cheapest I could find online and David Shuttle had glowing feedback- and rightly so. I would highly recommend.

The item I bought was a full £160 more expensive in Selfridges! The vase arrived within 48 hours of ordering, safely and beautifully packaged, and including a few chocolate treats and a lovely welcoming message...I cannot praise Dvid Shuttle highly enough! Xx

Excellent Service
We found the products easily on the web site we made the purchase which was a very simple process. The DHL delivery was made on Bank Holiday Monday 27th May. Excellent service

Excellent service!!
This is the second order I have placed with David Shuttle. On both occasions I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the packaging and speed of delivery. I ordered the tealight on Saturday and it arrived at 10.15am on Tuesday on the standard delivery option. Result! The little box of chocolates as a thank you for ordering is also a lovely touch. They were polished off with a nice coffee. Yum!!
