Expérience très satisfaisante

Concernant une commande éléctromenager, je suis satisfaite du site Diaboleo.
Avant de passer ma commande, j'ai appelé le service client (non surtaxé, c'est plaisant) pour voir deja si quelqu'un me répond (petit site que je ne connais pas) et pour me renseigner sur les délais de livraison.
Les CGV recommandent d'ailleurs cet appel : "Ces produits et services sont offerts dans la limite des stocks disponibles chez le Vendeur ou via l'intermediaire de nos fournisseurs au moment de la commande.
ATTENTION POUR PLUS DE PRECISIONS SUR LES DELAIS OU LA DISPONIBILITE EN TEMPS REEL, NOUS VOUS CONSEILLONS VIVEMENT DE PRENDRE CONTACT AU 01 82 38 01 20 ENTRE 9H30 / 12H30 et 14H / 18H30 ! "
En effet, malgré un délai de 3 à 8 jours annoncé sur le site, par téléphone je suis informée d'un délai de 3 semaines pour recevoir l'appareil.
J'ai donc passé ma commande en toute connaissance de cause, et j'ai été livrée sans problème 4 semaines plus tard (une semaine de plus en raison d'un retard de livraison de la part du constructeur).
Bonne experience donc, à renouveler, car les prix proposés étaient très attractifs.
