Too bad I could not GIVE 0 Stars for THIS SCAM!!!

Got lied and cheated on aggressive sales presentation.
Lost tens of thousands of dollars, and now after not paying for 2+ years, they will still not take their worthless crap back!
STAY AWAY!!!!
Paid over $22,000, still owe $14,000+ on $21,000 timeshare!
They would not release me out of this scam!

Once you have bought Diamond Resorts points, you are stuck forever. Check out EBay. There are people willing to give you all their points just to get out from under paying the fees. Most will also pay the transfer fee which approaches $1000. My wife and I own a Marriott timeshare. The annual Diamond maintenance fees, over $1300 this year, and higher every year, are more than the Marriott fees and we have to use two years worth of points to stay at place not nearly as nice as the Marriott.

This company sold my 75 year old parents a some dodgy scheme, they have had it 3 years, so far its cost them £5,000 and they have not had a holiday despite trying to book countless times.

They have 3 years of points to use by the end of this year, we just called to book and surprise surprise they are having problems with the booking system...

I tried booking a week in Greece last year, and had I gone with them it would've cost circa £800 for 1 weeks accomodation only a couple sharing !! I had to pay my own flights !!!...

My parents were assured they could sell if at any point they were not happy, I called today to ask what the sale options were and they were quite short telling me we would have to find a buyer and they would not buy it back. So dump the £5000 spent or keep paying the £60 per month and hope maybe one day they will give us an overpriced holiday !!...

Diamond Resorts Rapes the Middle and Lower Classes

Diamond Resorts has a class action lawsuit just from their activities at Point of Poipu in Hawaii. The maintenance fees have tripled, they've illegally installed DRI employees on the board and are not trying to push through a "water assessment" that is so expensive it defies logic. They have known about the water damage for years and then give owners ninety days to pay thousands of dollars or threaten them with bad credit and liens.

My timeshare week was cancelled less than two months before we are to leave for vacation without written notice, even though we've paid our maintenance fees, and now my three children won't get to have the only vacation they get with their parents together this year.

No wonder the CEO can afford everything, including a bodyguard... he monetarily rapes the middle and lower classes!

replies are standard notification of 21 days and they never reply anyway.
