Quality dive gear and service at a fair price.
I've ordered a variety of dive gear from DRIS and my last experience is like all of the previous ones. They have the same quality dive gear that can be found elsewhere, but somehow manage to sell it at a much more reasonable price. It is much easier for me to find those "hard-to-find" items here as they stock items that are not available at my LDS or even some of the bigger online stores.
I only wish I lived closer to them so that I could drop by the physical store and take advantage of some of their dive deals. This is definitely the way all dive shops should operate.

Great Service, Good Prices, and Cash Back Points
When I'm looking for a new piece of gear, there are a few stores I make sure I check out. And Dive Right In Scuba is one of the top ones. They have a great selection, and great prices on most items. Sometimes when I order, the item is out-of-stock, but they have always been good about letting me know right away, and working with me to either substitute or get the item out to me as soon as possible.
And a bonus is their Cash Back Points program. Maybe not so much as a cash back as a cash credit towards future purposes. Over the last three years I've saved over $100 on items that I was already getting great prices and service on. So as they say...sauce for the goose! :-)
All in all, I have been very satisfied with all of my purchases from DRIS.

My Fins arrived when needed!!
I ordered a set of the Dive Rite fins for an up coming trip. The order process was simple and price was very fair. The fins arrived 2 days before I left for the trip and worked as expected. They are a stiffer fin, so understand that before you are them to replace your split fins.

You have what I need.
I've got big hands and I need size 11 gloves so I can wear a decent insulating glove underneath. Otherwise my hands freeze as I dive in waters clear down to the freezing point. The rest of the world stocks 10.5 and that just doesn't cut it.

Not in stock.
I found the product I was looking for, and placed the order, expecting it to arrive within the time frame I needed it. Nothing on the web site showed that the item was out of stock, but I received an email from a few days later saying the item was out of stock, and on order. Had I known that, I would have ordered the item from someone else, since it wasn't going to arrive on time. I sent an email to the company notifying them of the issue, and asked if they could help point me to where I could get it sooner, but I never heard anything back from them until the product shipped, a week later than what I needed it.
They shipped what I paid for, it just would have been nice to be given all the information I needed to make the best decision for my purchase.

Great equipment at a super price
I was looking to pick up a set of suit side rings for a Si Tech dry glove system for my back-up drysuit. Mike at DRiS offered up a complete system including the glove side rings at such a competetive price, I couldn't refuse.

Solid and bright white L E D Flashlight
Ordered the led flashlight from Dive Right In Scuba and I to my surprise it arrived early on Friday... It was scheduled for delivery next week on Monday. Good because I was going diving on Saturday. Opened the box and found this light to be very bright. I was very happy with its performance. I tested it against another led light and it overpowered the stream light. In the water on Saturday it performed great. free diving in 30' of water and had vis to about 20'-25' the light lit up the holes and caves easily. A slight twist of the bezel and the flashlight was on or off as needed. I did not notice the light turning on under pressure when I checked the boat anchor at about 40+ feet. I really like this flashlight so far. More to come after I log in some more dives.

Keeps me warm and dry
I really like the quality of Waterproof products. The thumb straps and foot stirrup straps really add to the quality of this undergarment. It keeps me just the right temperature in my Waterproof D10 dry suit when the water temp is in the upper half of 60 F. Even when I get a little leak it keeps the water away from my skin. It fits a slight bit small like other Waterproof gear.

As always full service (I did have some question), understandable staff.
Great stuff for great price, but the truth is I can find that many other places to, BUT I CAN NOT FIND the piece of mind and no headache that I got here. I KNOW I will not get a headache whether or not I like the product; I made a mistake or just change my mind!

Customer Service is alive and well.
I've purchased a few things from DRIS in the past. My most recent purchase was for a drysuit undergarment. Long story short, the manufacturer really dropped the ball. It made for an absolutely horrible experience with the manufacturer. However, Mike at DRIS took the bull by the horns and worked with me on a number of alternative solutions. Over the course of about two months he shipped me about five different suits to try and experiment with. All of this at no additional cost to me. Not only that, he did all of this on trust.
As far as I'm concerned, Mike has gained a customer for life. And I'll tell everyone who will listen,

Brightest Light Ever!
I love this new light. Saw one on a recent dive trip and couldn't wait to get home and order my own. Instead of having to swim close to sponges and crevices to see what's in them, this light allows you to stay much further away.

Great products, great prices!
I've really found DRIS to have some really great products at outstanding prices. They have matched prices and promotions from other websites for me. Only downside that I have seen is that each time I have ordered things from them they have been back ordered and required a longer wait that I was expecting.

My mask leak sealant was delivered speedily (can't get it in uk) and cheeky ($9, nit the quoted $58!!)

Unmatched Customer Service...And Great Prices!!
I purchased a DRIS 1000 lumen dive light a couple of weeks ago. I was notified that it was on back-order, and that I would have it in a couple of days. I really appreciated the notification, because I wanted it for a dive trip I had coming up. The shop expedited shipping and got it to me in plenty of time for the trip.
I thought my other dive lights were bright. This new light blows them away. Well built and solid construction in a compact size. One of the best purchased I made this year!

Great Dive Gear at a Great Price
This was the only place I have ever been able to find the old style mask and snorkel - the kind I really love. These were the kind we used back in the earlier days of scuba. Best equipment to use to really train yourself and others with. Couldn't be happier, will recommend it to everyone.

Exceding expectations in customer service
This was the first time I had ordered anything from DRIS and I was contacted by (I belive) one of the owners who told me that they could send my order of two GoPro color correction filters out for much less than the $7.00 standard S&H fee. As it turned out I was only charged $2 and change for S&H as the items were shipped UPS standard and I still received them within 5 business days! I don't even know them, never ordered anything from them before, and they still went out of their way to save me money. As far as I'm concerned, you can't beat that kind of cuatomer service right up front!

Surprisingly bright light, a good value. A little more burn time would be even better.
The light is surprisingly bring for its size. There are a number of new "1,000 lumen" lights coming out. This one has a nice tight beam. Overall useable as a primary light or a backup.
An additional 30 mins of burn time would really be a great improvement and the glove would be much better if it was more rigid, more like the Finn.

Unsurpassed customer service
Aside from having some of the best pricing, DRIS has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff if friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. I recently ventured in to Tec Diving and DRIS helped me with the gear selection. Their recommendations were spot-on and saved me some money.

very easy to change seals and to use other types of seals
I purchased the neck tite drysuit neck seal system, it installs fairly easy, if you have replaced a neck seal before it's about the samething, but once you installed it the system it works great and easy to change seals from there. Just an awsome system

Amazing service
I ordered two small items, the standard shipping charges left me on the edge of even placing the order or not, I went ahead and did so anyway. I received a phone call shortly after saying that they can just put the items in a small envelope and ship it for a fraction of the cost. NICE!!!! So instead of $8+ dollars for shipping, it was like $2. Great service!!! Will buy from DRIS again!!

Top Rate Service For All
I find it rather amusing that whenever I am in a local dive shop inquiring about a certain product they do not carry, the first online site that is pulled up is always DRIS. This has happened in several different locations with the same result. DRIS must be doing it right to have so many other dive shops refer to them for information. I have always been pleased by the quantity of products they carry, and the top rate service provided. My first choice for online shopping for scuba gear is always DRIS.
