Fantastic Service!
I was looking for a great picnic hamper for a future trip to Flamigo Land - I found exactly what I was after on DottyHippo and placed my order at lunchtime on Monday. My parcel turned up the morning after (fantastic delivery service and a nice surprise!) and the hamper was even better than I expected! Excellent sized utensils for adults to use...plenty of space for tupperwared foods in the coolbag compartment! Very pleased!

Gorgeous products for kids!
I bought two Stephen Joseph backpacks and some Melissa and Doug items from DottyHippo The two backpacks are for my two daughters and I am delighted with them - I am confident they will love them too. The only problem was that there was such a wide selection of lovely bags that I struggled to choose just two! They were competitively priced and the postage and packaging costs were very fair. All in all DottyHippo has a fab selection of good quality gifts for children and the standard of service I received was first class.

My toddler is CHopping and Puzzling to his hearts content!
Ordered these toys for my 22 mo as he is getting bored with the old collection, he may be a little young for the puzzles but still loves tipping all the pieces out and trying to lose them. The colours are lovely and bright, and each item is clearly recognisable for him. There will be some lovely play time while I cook, and he helps by chopping his wooden veg (the velcro peeling away really does make a great cutting sound on the wooden board).

Everything that's missing in the hight street
It is banded around the media that the high street is in steady decline because of a fundamental change in the way that people are shopping. I bought this lunch box and water bottle after searching around the internet and comparing prices. There was no time wasted driving around or fuel burnt in my car, no queues, no extortionate parking fees, no rain to dodge, no freezing temperatures, no indifferent staff and ultimately, absolutely no question on the price. How can a shop compete with that? Good quality product, arrived on time, well packaged and cheaper than Amazon!!!

Good service. Poor product
I bought a model Skipper 21" sailing yacht for my grandson which was not cheap. The paint on the keel was chipped and the paint finish on the hull was very poor. Overall the boat was tat and cheaply made. Have not tried sailing it yet. Very disappointed. Would not recommend Skipper products to anyone

Bought a balance bike for my Grandson in the sale as it was a great bargain. He won't be able to ride it for a year or so but I could not let this bargain pass me by! Easy to Order, delivery very prompt!!

great service, great product
My order arrived within two days and I'm really pleased. We ordered the giraffe hanging storage as the nursery is in the box room and it fits all of my boy's nappies, wipes, creams etc. within easy reach above the changing table. Also purchased a large bin to keep toys and books tidy which is wipeable inside so functional and practical.
There was such a good selection of products it took me a while to decide, but I'm really pleased with our choice.

I was happy as a hippo in water with Dottyhippo!
The service was excellent and the package arrived on time and in immaculate condition. My daughter was over the moon, as it is an american product, which we struggled to purchase in the UK.

Childrens mirror.
Easy to use online ordering service and fast delivery. Very pleased with the childrens shatter proof mirror. It is in the playroom in the basement, and unfortunately the walls are not flat, so the mirror is slightly warped as a result! It's a bit like one of those fun mirrors you see at fairs because of the wonky wall, and this makes our daughter laugh a lot! Once up close your reflection appears more normal!

Beautiful rosie duvet cover
This is an absolutely beautiful duvet cover. The fabric is nice to touch and beautiful to look at. I bought two of these for my daughters first duvet covers who are now sharing the same room. A bit pricey but with some discounts it was worth it. Service was also quick. Arrived in 2 days. I would definitely buy this brand again.

Lovely toy kitchen - arrived reasonably quickly. Great price too. Would have appreciated the dimensions when folded - only full dimensions were given. But fortunately it fits in our cupboard so that's ok!

Really pleased with the bookcase which keeps the books tidy (for my sake) and easy to find (for my 2 yo son). Good quality materials and no problem to assemble in about 15 mins. Recommend a screwdriver with an Allen key bit to save wrist ache.

order overlooked, delivery very late
I ordered a childs mirror, delivery was supposed to be 1-2 days, after 4 days still no mirror. As on website reassured someone would answer phone which didn't happen, I left a message no one replied. I only received an answer when I emailed & was told my order had been overlooked- yet the money had been taken from my account. Mirror turned up a week late. Not very impressed with mirror for £36 inc delivery- which i still had to pay for even though it was so late.
