Beautiful products and brilliant service
My order arrived really quickly and the products were gorgeous. The bedding is of superb quality and the vinyl wall stickers totally transform his room! I had to return some items that weren't suitable for us and received prompt and professional customer service.

Fab products could do better sharing delivery info
My order was processed quickly but when paying for delivery you could do with knowing when it will be. As it happens it arrived within 3 days but would have appreciated a quick message to tell me, and when i emailed them to ask they didnt get back to me 😡

Swift delivery but poor product.
Dotty Hippo delivered within 48 hours which was excellent but the quality of the product itself (wall stickers) was appalling. Within hours they started to peel off and we've had to remove and discard several of them.

Bought this fantastic yacht for Izzy to sail on the little pond near her house. It has red stars on it's sails and Grandad is going to paint her name on the side.She will love it!

Friendly with great customer service!
I ordered three things from Dotty Hippo, two were perfect but the third was not. I called, left a message and got an almost immediate response. My problem (a mistake by supplier, not DH) was quickly resolved. I can't praise DH's friendly staff enough, they were helpful, courteous and went out of their way to fix the order. I'll definitely be using them again!

Lovely dotty bags for a dotty nan!!!
I bought one of the bags from the website for all my wrapping paper and it's amazing,
loads of pockets for sellotape,scissors, also anything else to do with present wrapping

Best price I could find coupled with excellent service.
I ordered a 21" skipper pond yacht late on Friday - item received Tuesday with confirmation emails of order and dispatch in between . As for the yacht - it is perfect for my boat loving 8 year old son . It is very well made with a solid wood hull and stainless steel keel even the sails are made using genuine sailcloth and are adjustable - I wish I had bought him one sooner! Would definitely use dotty hippo again .
