Order still not delivered more than a week later - missed Christmas! :-(

Initially very pleased to find Pyrat XO rum. Despite quite a high delivery cost, I ordered it on 15th Dec as a special Christmas present for my daughter - delivery stated between 20th & 24th December. It didn't arrive. It still hasn't arrived. It's now 28th December, and I am still waiting. Have heard nothing from the company to explain the delay or apologise for the disappointment of failing to deliver in time for Christmas. It's my daughter's birthday on 1st January, and I am hoping that it might arrive in time for that - but with each passing day of non-delivery I am losing hope and confidence. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. WHERE IS MY ORDER??!

Rare product found at a cheap price!

I have been searching for the Jack Daniels White Rabbit Saloon for ages and stumbled across drinksupermarket.com. Their site was easy to use and their prices were even easier on the pocket. My Jack came the next day and was packaged superbly. An excellent service for the cheapest price online, I would defiantly use them again. Thanks

Outstanding Professional

The team at Drinksupermarket performed acrobatics to ensure that this American not only received the hard-to-get single malt scotch he craved, but also, had it delivered fast internationally.
Kudos to their professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend them as a retailer, and will surley utilize their outstanding services again.

Excellent Service

Prices are great, some very cheap some average but nothing ridiculously overpriced.
Packaging was excellent, bottles are very securely packed and should be safe from even the most clumsy postman.
Delivery time was also excellent, arrived in very reasonable time and I was kept informed about my order which was also much appreciated.
Overall an outstanding and honest company and comes very highly recommended from me.

Convenient but pricey!!

Easy to use website, choice of secure payment methods, fast delivery & reasonable delivery charge. Found prices to be a little bit on the high side but as i required a specific bottle of wine as a xmas present I had to order it as not even Tescos were stocking it!!

Fast delivery, very well packed tight so bottle didnt get damaged, only just a couple of deep scratches on the bottle probably from a knife!!!

Phew, the delivery got there for Saturday morning!

The experience was good as the prices were reasonable and there was an excellent range. Plus, in the end they were able to deliver my fathers 70th birthday present next day Saturday when the order was put in at 4pm on a Friday. After saying it was too late

Didn't follow instructions on order form

Delivery was quick but asked for delivery to a different address as per order form. However failed to follow the instructions and the item ended up being sent to billing address.

Couldn't have asked for more

Site was a bit misleading with whats in stock so spoke on the phone and they were very very helpful. Had products that we can't get down the south and for price was very competitive some products were very cheap and p&p is the cheapest i have seen.

Great Products and Service

Had a problem when I placed my order and Paypal crashed. Managed to get it all sorted and order went through fine. When I rang customer services to check on my order, as I needed it the next day and I was worried it would be delayed because of the crashed order, they were very polite and helpful.

Great shop that I will definitely use again.
