Very helpful and reliable.
My son has only just taken up the drums and I had promised him a drum kit. The problem was that I knew nothing about drums. I had an email exchange & telephone conversations with the shop and they answered all my questions very helpfully. I was also really impressed at how fantastic the kit looked when it arrived. Nothing missing and not too difficult (even for a complete novice) to set up. I did get stuck with attaching the tom toms but a friend sorted that out really quickly - it was my ignorance, not the kit, that was the problem.

Top quality drum shop!
Ordered 5 items of differing sizes and prices and all items were delivered within good time. Clearly when these guys say something is in stock it IS in stock which is not always the case with other online stores. Oh and all this and delivery was FREE due to spending over £250. Oh and one more thing there were the most price competitive site too - so lots of good stuff!

Was a bit worried that this kit wouldn't arrive in time for my son's birthday but was delivered on the day - three working days after ordering. Great kit, price and service - definitely worth paying extra to have the drum heads on and tuned.

I've been using drum stop for a few months now and so far their service has been flawless. All the products have been excellent as has the service. I have always recieved my goods within a week of ordering which is not bad when you consider that they are based in Sheffield and I live in Mid-Devon. I recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a starter kit for my son.Although i know very little about drums(I'm a Guitar player) I found the website extremely helpful and we were able to choose an suitable kit easily.
When a problem with the suppliers cropped up (just a colour availability issue) Joe from drum-stop contacted me and after a few short back and forth phone calls the issue was dealt with and the kit sent on the same day..
The kit arrived withing 24 hrs (free Delivery) well packaged and in perfect condition and within a few hours my son was upsetting the neighbors with classic 80's rock.
A pleasure to deal with and will use them again for all our drum needs..

Unbeatable prices. Long wait.
The prices were unbeatable. Everything they had to offer was cheaper than anywhere else. The unfortunate part was that it took them 7 days just to wrap it and send it out. add that to the 3 days for parcel delivery and it I was waiting a whole 10 days before I could play my new crash. If you need something fast then don't bother with them but if your in no hurry and, like me, enjoy a bargain then Drum-Stop is the place to shop.

I bought my new Mapex kit online. The web process, together with telephone support from Craig and Emma was efficient and helpful. The kit arrived on the planned day (minimum wait time) , well packaged, everything as ordered and in tip top condition. Prices at drum stop are competitive and price match is an honest offer. I will certainly buy from them again and aim to call into the shop if I ever find myself in Sheffield. I am a more 'senior' rocker, but the excitement of a new set of drums lives on.

I'm soudng like a broken record here, but ervery time I've bought from these guys they have been a shining example of how to run a business !
From my 1st purchase just over a year ago, they have been nothing short of spectacular ! They're always very helpful when it comes to choosing a product, keep you well informed and will stop at nothing to ensure your complete satisfaction. I bought a Yamaha DTX Multi-12 from them last week and was told realisitcally it take a week or so to get to me due to ordering and the Bank Holiday. They managed to get the module to me last Friday which meant : 1, I didnt have to wait for the Bank Holiday to comr and go and 2, I got it in time for a recording session.
They will ALWAYS do their utmost and that's why I keep going back to them.

Fast, really fast and pretty damn Impressive!
I'll keep it straight, I've ordered from Drum stop in the past and I was pleased with the package I received and this time I ordered a package I decided to write down for a request 'Service with a smile' to simply test if They'd go the extra mile, surprised as I was, I found a smiley face drawn onto my package, the box and inside was full intact and no damage was dealt, which Is expected. I ordered on a Friday so I expected my Package to come around Wednesday - Thursday. I received my package Monday, that's pretty freaking fast right? I'm impressed and I can always count on Drum stop. You Rock Drum Stop, and so do each Worker that spends the time to complete each Smart or Stupid request!

Reliable, no-nonsense service - worth paying a few quid extra for if necessary......but it usually isn't.
When internet shopping, I usually seek out the keenest price, and if the goods are the same regardless of supplier, anything else is irrelevant.....unless of course there is a risk that something might go wrong, such as wrong goods delivered or unacceptably long lead time. An example in this latest order was that I omitted my postcode - Drum Stop phoned me up promptly to rectify this and the goods were delivered in superfast time.
To get my business, a company has to be competitive on price, certainly, but also responsive, conscientious and competent. Drum Stop has never let me down on any of these counts. Simple, but some of the competition don't seem to get it........nor do they get my business.

Personal, fast, great service
I purchased a Ludwig Epic Series kit off the website. They called me within half an hour of the order going through to inform me that they had sold the kit the day before. They said they had the same kit in different colours, and it turned out they had a nicer colour that wasn't on the website. They apologised for the inconvenience, and threw in a free t-shirt and set of sticks. The kit was dispatched the next day, and arrived the next working day (Monday). Emails right through the process to keep me informed and I am more than happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend and use again.
