Absolutely fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble
This was the first time we had ordered from Drum Stop and I have to say I was very impressed.
There was a slight issue with the delivery, but I want to point out that this was absolutely nothing to do with Drum Stop, even so though I spoke to a guy called Ben who dealt with the situation brilliantly.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

good prices and speedy service
good store to deal with however, it costs money for returns if you get any equipment you don't like. not a shop to deal with if you want to try anything before you buy.

Hi David, sorry to hear you have given us three stars. I just wanted to explain that we can't accept responsibility for everyone that orders something they dont want, we do have a very large showroom where you are welcome to "Try before you buy" but if we were to offer a FREE service to try before you buy on every item we ship out through internet sales we would very quickly go out of business as we would become a catalogue service for testing every item out, and very quickly the profit would soon be dwindled away in ever rising courier fees of shipping items back and forth for free. It is in the terms and conditions that unwanted items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange, before you buy the item. We wouldn’t charge you anything for the privelage of returning the item and if you could have bought it in to the store it wouldn’t have cost you anything to return an unwanted item, we even went the extra mile and arranged a courier collection from your chosen area after you had tried the pedal and we gave you a cost for this upfront or you could have got it back to us yourself, I’m sorry you feel this is worthy of only three stars and this reason has let you down but we act only the same as any other retailer - "If you don’t want it, bring it back and we will swap it for free or give you your money back" SOME PLACES... say you can’t get your money back and can only have a store credit etc etc.... we do everything by the book. We stand by that and would do for any return of unwanted items but we can’t go around collecting unwanted items back for free. Our showroom is one of the biggest in the north and we pride ourselves on offering a try before you buy instore experience that many other stores don’t offer, but we can’t extend this service to internet sales all around the country, i hope this explains why. Your custom is important to us like every other customer and we strive to give the best service possible on every sale and return.

First class service and very helpful
Have used Drum-stop several times, the last time being a week ago when my hi hat snapped at a gig. They dispatched a new hi hat stand very quickly and in time for my next gig.
Their service has always been excellent and have never let me down.I will continue to use them for all my drumming needs.

Simply the Best
Second time i've used them,nothing is any trouble and they are very helpful.The most important thing is they know their subject,i could not fault them and i am over the moon with what i have purchased.I have been playing drums for 30 odd years on and off and i have never dealt with a better company.

helpful and approachable
Ben was so good at letting me know that stool was not in stock the next morning. Offered a more expensive alternative for the same price which came within 2 days. Very knowledgeable especially helpful for the beginner. Would certainly order more from them.

no nonsense, honest advice and did what they said they would do!
I needed a replacement cymbal and was wondering what to get, and got chatting on FB to drum-stop. I explained what I needed and how much I had to spend, they showed me some to choose from, I went away, read reviews and saw sound tests on youtube, then went back to order, I had my cymbal within 48hours :)
They were really nice, I am only 12 and they helped my choose the right thing, I will look forward to going to the shop one day!

Great service - delivery fantastic.
I had ordered a cymbal and asked for delivery to work as there would always be someone to sign for it. But the tracking was great - told me within the hour when it was arriving and allowed me to have the option to leave with a neighbour.
I will use them again!

I will be using Drum Stop for all my drum bits in the future, quick and easy to use with a wide variety of parts. Great staff, I had a call to say that a part of my order was out of stock, so I was upgraded to a better part at no extra cost, can't argue with that. The parts turned up pretty quick as well. Best company I've used.

It's was in a lot of robust carton to protect thr snare.
Like i'm from france, i can't spend time and money to find a snare from truth drum (US) because they don't ship to france, or price is to expensive.
Give 5 stars for this web store because stop-drum is one of the best drum shop i found.

Quick service but errors in the ordering process
I picked Drum Stop because, unlike their competitors, their SSL certificate checked out (can't believe some online stores don't take this seriously!). They were also cheap and offered next day delivery. I rang up with some questions about their products and straight away I got helpful answers.
Unfortunately, when I ordered online, there were some problems. Firstly, the invoice summary of my order showed the correct price but did not explicitly state the extra backrest I had ordered for my drumstool. This was cause for concern because I didn't know what they use as the picking note. I sent a query regarding this and got a fairly curt response from Emma, post-delivery.
The order was next-day delivery. I double checked the order in the morning, but they had used my home address and not my shipping address (I cross-checked the invoice, which had the correct address, so the error was definitely not mine). Furthermore, the order was scheduled to arrive as 9:10am so I had to rush home from work to be in to receive the order. This was not ideal.
Ben was very helpful though, offering to put the order back to Monday free of charge, but I was home by that time.
Overall, Drum Stop delivered high quality products at a great price and very very promptly. The two minor problems in their ordering process caused a bit of hassle however so I'd recommend they investigate these issues.
I will probably use Drum Stop again but perhaps I won't opt for next day delivery. I'll certainly scrutinise their correspondence more carefully.

First rate
Very pleasant buying experience all round - nice clear website, easy to navigate, accurate stock information (unlike others I have used), the snare and cymbal stands were well priced, well packaged and communication re delivery was excellent, they arrived exactly - to the hour - when they said they would. Definitely my first port of call from now on. Big thanks to all concerned.

Banging good service , advice and quick and reliable.
I've ordered a few times now and I've had my queries , as the mother of a drummer , don't have the same knowledge of products, after a quick email I was phoned back and my questions answered very quickly and presicely. The team working at Drumstop know their stuff and have been fantastic , as loyal to their customers as their customers are to them! Being totally honest I go to them before anyone else. fantastic service all round

Great service from start to finish!
I have never used drum-stop.co.uk before but not only did they appear to be one of the few UK stockists of the brand of drumsticks I use, but they also made them available at the best price and for someone who has to work on a budget that was very important. All round the service I received was of a very high standard. Price, packaging, speed of delivery and communication were all excellent and I very much look forward to using them again in the near future.

Great Service, quick delivery
We ordered a snare drum, the particular colour we wanted was unavailable but we were promptly phoned up and an alternative was offered and it was shipped to us straight away.

Very pleased with the service provided
I ordered the drum stool on Saturday - I made a mistake with the delivery address and so was worried it might not get delivered. I emailed to change delivery address on Sunday - no need to have worried. I received an email to tell me the delivery address had been amended and I received the dryum stool at my place of work on Tuesday. Absolutely delighted with the service both purchase, and delivery. Great service
The day after I ordered the item they called me up, telling me they had a few problems withy my address. The bloke on the other end of the phone was really cool, patient and even spoke English. Got an email that evening re-confirming my order. My pedal case arrived within a week. The best thing about the delivery is that Drumstop send you a text, and you can reply "1" to have it delivered to your neighbour, "2" for it to be delivered the day after, or "3" the day after that - which I think is great!

hassle free fast delivery
I have use drum stop a few times now and has always been good service and fast delivery. Only one issue I have had is the website won't let me view the zildjian cymbal range.
