A must-have expert for any construction project
We hired Dennis for overseeing our house construction project, and we are so happy for doing so. He was a great asset right from the start. He was always there when we had questions, was flexible with meetings and always arrived on time. He was also helpful with taking communication with third parties and making sure any language barrier was removed.
While we did not have any significant problem with the construction company, we still feel that having Dennis beside us was indispensable. He showcased his knowledge right on the first meeting, and offered valuable tips throughout the entire process. He made sure we understand every part of the process, and provided both the technical knowledge, patient explanation, and translation to English whenever needed. He did not rush anything and did not leave until we completely understood and felt confident with the key details of the construction.
He visited our property many times and always found any problem, whether big or small. He is very detail-oriented and could point out the single misplaced brick out of the thousands put on the wall. Having Dennis on the pre-delivery and delivery meetings was of even greater value, as his attention to detail really brought our house from "great" to "perfect", including paintwork, tiles, and anything in between.
The original price offer was also met, which was quite competitive, and the charge for driving time was also reasonable. All in all we can only recommend Dennis for construction projects.
